The order was delivered promptly, a small error rectified fast, the soft fruit plants, well packaged, were in good condition, emails answered promptly and informatively, and the prices were excellent in comparison with some of the suppliers with much more internet presence. Carefully packaged
I really appreciate the care for the plants, ensuring they were dispatched after the bank holiday so they arrived in great condition, very much alive and not stressed at all.
They kept me informed, as did the delivery service when to expect them.
Plants were packaged really thoughtfully. I very pleased with my purchase. Thank you.

Excellent products and great communication
I bought a variety of raspberries and blueberries. All arrived quickly and well packaged with clear planting instructions. By spring one was showing no sign of life, after a very brief exchange with James (and a photo) a replacement arrived two days later and is now successfully planted. The whole experience of dealing with Macintyres has been absolutely excellent

The website is very easy to navigate, and the plants arrived extremely well packed and in excellent condition.
