I’ve really enjoyed working through my James Property University learning modules! They are delivered in really impactful modules which aren’t too long and clear and easy to understand, I love the way James walks you through the calculations and explains where to find your information on the government website- making really tangible!

He also over delivers with the fantastic guest speakers in the live calls, really expanding my knowledge and it’s great to be able to ask questions to the experts!

Definitely a fantastic investment, even if you are already in property, as James has such a variety of different strategies he is using over his 10 years experience, that it’s nice to have the opportunity to think outside the box!

When I started looking for where I can learn about properties as a newbies to the UK, I know a lot of people sell courses without experience and just to make money. I attended a few trainings but wasn’t satisfied as the prices were exorbitant. Thankfully I came across James profile, started to watch his videos and I saw a guy who was passionate about what he does, not the regular get rich win tutors, I did a few research to see if he owns properties, lots of properties teachers don’t even own any property 🤣. When I got all my detailed information and was indeed satisfied, I reached out to James to know more information about joining the JPU. I have been a JPU student for 6months now and I have been blessed with all the wealth of experience I need to triumph on my property journey. James is very open and always ready to help and guide. We’ve got great and supportive members of like minds always encouraging you in the JPU and I’m happy to be a part of the JPU. I strongly recommend for anyone at any stage of property journey you are.

My mate and I bought the JPU a couple of months ago to see if it was actually possible. We have been educating ourselves and taking the steps that James discusses, we even put in our first offer yesterday which is crazy!

Compared to other property courses which are just elaborate funnel systems to sell you additional courses, the JPU is actually providing great information at a fairly economic price.

If you know you what to get into property but not sure where to start, I’d highly recommend James and Kush to help you along the way.

I have always wanted to go into property investing but never knew how. I have learnt a huge amount so far from James and now have the confidence going forward.

Having been to a lot of property seminars and courses before, I would say that a lot of these property gurus are a bit fake, showy and will tell you anything to get more money out of you to sign up to very expensive courses.
Having signed up to the JPU, I find James and Kush very genuine and honest in their approach. They don’t pretend to be anything or anyone that they’re not. Really useful information and modules!

Absolutely loving it so far. The lessons James has created are great, I know I’m going to be using his teachings for years to come and I’m looking forward to seeing where it takes me. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

When I first discovered James on social media I was hesitant and unsure about investing in the property market, but with his guidance I can confidently say that it has been the best decision I ever made. Worth the money in my opinion. I'm new to the JPU, I've completed about a fifth of the lessons and there is a lot of excellent information for someone relatively new to the buy to let landscape. The content and extras are growing all the time.

Also, James and Kush are really generous with their time on 'Live Lessons' Q&As. Exceeding expectations so far.

I purchased the JPU only a week ago, currently only through the first two modules and must be said, there is loads to learn! I'm a property virgin, although I have worked on some student refurbishments, and still have found true value especially when it comes to the different strategies and ways to use property for investments. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is considering buying.

I like the courses James is teaching, he is removing all the fluff and speaks from his own experience.
There is a community around this course which is invaluable, because of the accountability and also because of the networking .
James is approachable and I do recommend getting this class.

I’ve been a student since November (jumped in during the Black Friday deal). The value for money you get is insane, just the resource library alone is worth the course fee as it would take days of your time if you were to create the analysis spreadsheets and all the other resources yourself. Then with all of the actual lessons on top of that you can’t complain, I’ve seen online courses that provide far less value sell for high thousands so considering I paid a few hundred for JPU I’m very happy.

Plus the regular live lessons with James are great, lots of opportunity to get your questions answered.

If you’re serious about building a property portfolio the cost of this course is minor and it puts you on the fast track to getting started. I went from knowing nothing to feeling pretty confident to get the ball rolling with viewings, meetings with mortgage brokers, etc. in a couple of weeks.

You can tell James genuinely wants his students to succeed and provides all the support needed to do so. He is very approachable and knows his stuff. I also love how many contacts he has in the various sectors which are needed when investing in property.

James offers a great insight into the different property investments with no restrictions to what he shares. There are no small print or extra selling of additional services to give advice. Instead of paying thousands in courses eating into your savings try these courses. You can learn faster and get to achieving your goals sooner. All the tips and advice you need by someone who shares his failures as well as his successes.

A first class property course. If you’re looking to learn more about property and different property techniques this is the course for you. I follow James on social media he practices what he preaches.

James has been really helpful - going above and beyond on a number of occasions. He’s informed, timely in his responses and a stand up guy.

I’ve been part of the JPU since September 2023 and I’ve been impressed with the ease of use as well as the content information. I like how it’s broken down into lots of shorter videos rather than long videos. The resource library you also have access to is very useful at any stage of your journey and to top that all off the telegram group is a great place to be for them quick answers in a like minded community. Lots of knowledgeable people in there as well as James and his teams personal help for all. We also have live lessons every month on different topics that help with your journey and from experts in their fields. I hope the JPU continues to grow and that I’m part of that in years to come. James is great guy, very helpful. Videos are very good!

I joined JPU at the lowest level and find the resources really useful - especially as we get them forever. I like to dip in and out and listen to some of them over and over - especially whilst walking - hoping some of it sticks 😂. I get immediate replies when I email and this is something I value greatly. I like the little tutorials too like the damp proofing one recently. I like James and don’t feel he is hard sell like some of them. I like that he is still hands on and early in his career as he doesn't lose touch with where his clients are at in this process. I use FB/Insta and get replies from contributors but not so much James but appreciate this would take up most of his time.

Simple easy to use and understand with the able to go back and refresh ur self if need with clear basic info to hand and handy hint points
