Great communication, extremely thorough on detail, very experienced and knowledgeable on all matters of surveying.
I would 100% recommend James’s services on all building survey matters; in my particular case, James presented no fuss in-depth investigations, problem solving and explanations, on all damp matters.

Thorough report helped us make the right decision
James conducted an extremely thorough and helpful survey of the property, and was happy to answer questions afterwards and chat through the contents. He also provided dozens of photographs to illustrate points and was able to advise us with regard to some changes we were considering. Ultimately, the report helped us make the right decision for us, so was absolutely invaluable. I would absolutely, without hesitation, recommend James and will use his services again myself when needed.

Excellent Service
James was able to work on short notice and to a tight deadline. He delivered the report within agreed timescales.
James is very knowledgeable and thorough. He inspected all the areas of the house and provided a report which report was written in a clear manner with picture of the findings.
James accommodated my request to meet him at the property where he gave me an overview of main issues and answered all my questions.
I am very satisfied with the service he provided and would definitely use him again.
