Could it get any worse

Could it get any worse? I received a pocketbook with the wrong straps. The wallet that was supposed to be delivered with it was not. The material is not cotton linen but polyester for the shirt I ordered. Still no word on the seahorse dress i ordered. I wish I had read previous reviews before I ordered

The product advertises cotton-linen. The products are polyester

The product advertises cotton-linen, except the product is 100% polyester, and only half the order showed up.

tracking information was acceptable for what arrived.

Asking me to pay for returning an item 100% polyester, when advertised as cotton, is an issue.

Not refunding me for the items that did not arrive is a problem

I am not sure what your response regarding 3D printing has to do with anything.

In the status of my paypal..it says…

In the status of my paypal..it says shipped with a tracking # for usps.. I haven't received the product and it's more than a month since I placed the order. I e-mailed them several times and just told to be patient. Literally, very bad service. I asked a refund and of course, refund is not given because I have to wait.

I am very disappointed with this…

I am very disappointed with this company. I placed an order March 23 and still today I have not received my item. I emailed them in reference to my order they said be patient m, I think I’ve been more then patient. I will never order from this company again and will not recommend. Sad but I was looking forward to my shirt for a party and have not received it on time.

Still waiting for the item

Still waiting for the item. Requested cancellation and refund. Company replied that it was too late as it was on its way and I should receive soon. More time has gone by…nothing. Tracking information indicates the item only has a shipping label created….worst shopping experience!

This was the worst experience I’ve had…

This was the worst experience I’ve had with a company. If it was possible to give zero or negative stars I would. There site says if you think the product is crap(though they use different wording other than crap) to let them know and they will give you a 100% refund. The size didn’t fit me right and the product just wasn’t the quality that I was expecting. Looks nothing like what’s on the site the color is totally different there was some black on the sleeve in the photo and none on the sleeve that I got. I wish they would post more then just 4 and 5 star reviews on there site so others don’t have to have this happen to them. I contacted them and the offered a 50% refund. I then sent them a screenshot showing them a what there site states thinking they agreed and would give me a full refund I waited I was wrong they only gave me the 50%. I tried contacting back and forth and got no where they do not follow what there site says.
The site also states next the part about a 100% refund there would be no need to return the product because of the cost of shipping (not that I will wear it) however if they some how finally agree to a full refund they want you to pay for shipping. The fact that they don’t follow what there site says is the most frustrating thing don’t waste your time.
Update/reply: your size guide didn’t give me the size or look I was expecting after looking at your product and size guide on your website and my bigger issue with that part is the quality. And as stated many times and tried to explain to your support my biggest issue is what your refund police state and that it’s not followed. I’ve also noticed if you look in there site I have yet to find a one star review but in here there are multiple other experiences like mine.

Glad I did not listen this time

I ordered from this company and later found bad reviews. I was worried I had spent a large amount of money and was about to be screwed. Well I was really shocked when my order arrived and it was perfect. I received the order early, it was packaged nicely and had a pleasant note included. I was very pleased with the items a Chihuahua long sleeve shirt and PJ set. Both were made nice and looked far better than the photos on the site. If I had read the reviews first I would not have ordered from this company so I'm glad I did not read the reviews first this time.

Don’t bother with this company

Don’t bother with this company. Ordered a blouse which took over 4 weeks to get. Size was too large and they offered to send smaller size if I pay $6.99. I don’t trust their size guide at all!! Asked for refund and they offered 30% credit only. Not sure if or when I will ever see that credit. Will have to donate the item!

I got charged for restocking fee even…

I got charged for restocking fee even though I cancelled within hours of order. The confirmation of item being shipped was sent days after I cancelled. They don’t tell you the delivery date until after you pay. The times were not resemble for the dates I needed the items.
