Damn

Damn! I wish I would've read reviews on this company before making a purchase! This was supposed to be a mother's day gift for my mom. I ordered 4 or 5 weeks ago. It took forever for them to ship it and now the carrier they use ( DHL) SAYS THE TRACKING NUMBER IS NO GOOD! IF THEY DONT REFUND ME IMMEDIATELY, I WILL HAVE TO CONTACT THE CONSUMERS RIGHTS ORG. This is totally a fraudulent company

This is totally a fraudulent company. The "Cotton/Linen" shirts that I purchased look NOTHING like the picture or description and aren't even cotton at all but a synthetic, poly blend fabric that feels literally like wearing plastic. Please do not waste your money.

Jammy Job does not deserve 1 star but I need to warn people to stay away.

I left the same review at Site Jabber, with NO REPLY from Jammy Job. Robyn Harris ordered 2 shirts at the cost of $89.04. One was supposed to be Chiapas Mexican Art womens' shirt, but what was sent was a ugly poly-rayon shirt, not the one ordered. The other Woodland Animals was supposed to be long sleeve but it is short sleeve. Robyn has emailed them 6 times in 2 weeks with no reply. The order # is JMLHN100033020 and the tracking # is 9274890289104300583176. I do not know how to add photos so that is the info. right there. Lets see now if this company responds to me or Robyn.

Every aspect was stellar!

From ordering my personalized long pant & long sleeve pajamas online, to receiving regular updates on shipping, to delivery, everything went smoothly. The pajamas themselves exceeded my expectations. The lettering is correct. The fabric is soft and oh, so comfortable. The stitching and overall workmanship is of high quality. I am surprised that I like the close tapering around the ankles but it’s soft and doesn’t creep up my legs during the night. I was on the border of the medium / large size chart for the bottoms and am glad I went with the large size. I would buy them again and highly recommend them to others.

BEWARE

BEWARE! I ordered two shirts on May 15 for a function on July 2nd. I received several emails, one stating my order is processing and another that it was ready for shipping. When I checked to find out the status of my order (June 7th), they stated they were waiting for my confirmation of wanting the order and stated that if I choose to cancel, I will not get full reimbursement of my money! I did cancel that day. Horrible company! WARNING, read the fine print on any email you receive from them. I did get part of my money back but wow, they are making a lot of money off of the refunds they provide.

I ordered your dress about 2 months ago I live in Colorado I just received notice that it was delivered I checked my mailbox it was not there I called the post office it was delivered to summer in Florida I called the company all they can tell me is it was delivered and they have no more responsibility for it I am so angry I'm not 40 bucks didn't get the address they sent it to someone else and refuse to take responsibility for it

This was my first order and I am pleased with my blouse, the material is very soft and colorful of course the shipping took a little time but that is to be expected. They were in constant contact with me and that was appreciated. I have no bad comments. Thank you

Ordered in March,not received

I ordered in March and still have not received order. UsPS states order was not in crate sent. Jammy has not addressed missing product. Almost $100. I am out and no help to refund or resolve missing shirt. I cannot recommend this company...

These people don’t even deserve a star

These people don’t even deserve a star. I tapped it so I can write my review. Do not buy from here. I bought two items from here and they only sent one. With this one they provided a tracking number with the other they didn’t even email one. You buy more than one product here they’ll send you the cheaper one to you. If you fight for your right to your product with PayPal you end up loosing because to PayPal they sent you a tracking number and that one product got to you. This a crap place. If you want to loose money buy from here. I’ll be telling all my friends and family to never buy from here because they rob you and act as they are a caring company but they are absolutely crap. You ask them detail about your purchase. You provide all your details and they send you a generic email and don’t even call you by your name. You are the worst place to buy from. I do hope more people realise and you loose business!!!!

Absolute worst customer service - products are junk!

If there was another option below this first star - it would be selected!. The day I opened my shipment I immediately went to them to ask how to return - no reply. Reached out 6 more times....no response. If they spent a fraction of the time on customer service as they do sending out their special offers and coupons it would serve them well. N E V E R have I seen such misleading return information by a vendor in all my ordering on the internet.

Do not believe the refund policy!!

If I could give a 0 I would. Do not order from this company. The purse I received is junk. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Their website says if you are unsatisfied with the item you receive ( in other words you think it’s junk) they will refund your money 100%. Lies! I am being given the run around about a refund. It’s been over a week and no resolution. They have offered me 50% of the cost which I am not willing to accept. The latest is I can get 100% back IF I return the item to an address in Vietnam! Oh did I say it’s at my cost? Do not order from them you will be sorry. This site needs to be shut down.
