I am a little late leaving this review, but it was something that needed to be done. I found this company through a Google search, from the moment I made enquiries the follow-up service was great, a phone call to discuss options and all costs fully explained, which was very friendly and informational. Everything discussed followed up in emails. Would fully recommend to anyone and have done already. Big thanks to Jake and the rest of the team for their support and professionalism.

Worked methodically with a smile. Sam and Michael made no fuss about anything despite having to take some stuff back upto the flat which was brought down by mistake. My mistake. Thanks guys. I can highly recommend Jam

We used JamStorage for the first time this summer. During collection of our items they were great. Communication was quick and easy with the company throughout the service and when our belongings were delivered by Owen and Grant, we were equally impressed with JamStorage. They were both efficient and polite and everything came back in perfect condition. We will definitely be using JamStorage again

We have used JamStorage several times now. Every time we have needed to move or store things. The office staff is extremely responsive, the rates very reasonable, and the loading and unloading staff careful and swift. This morning, Owen and Jake delivered all our belongings, maybe two dozen boxes, in under 20 minutes. Before that, we had gotten a text giving us a precise window as to when the truck would reach us. The team was careful but also lovely and cheerful, a pleasure to work with!

Excellent experience all round - from initial booking to collection/storage and delivery. I would certainly highly recommend this company. Rute was really helpful with all my queries throughout and Owen and Grant helped collect and deliver my belongings - they were conscientious, kind and friendly and treated my belongings with great care. I just had my belongings delivered after being in storage for two years, and Owen and Tom made the whole experience easy. Everything arrived intact, which after two years in storage was a real relief. They carried each item to the correct room and they were efficient and courteous the entire time. It's clear Jamstorage takes care with people's belongings. Highly recommend if you're looking for movers who actually deliver on both promptness and care.

I had a great experience with Jam storage. Very helpful customer services team who walked me through every detail and answered all questions thoroughly. The team (Owen & Tom) who can to collect my storage were also very kind, helpful and efficient!

Luca, Grant, Sam, Ryan, Jake….WOW.. What an amazing team! Called and arrived early, straight to work like a well oiled machine, excellent communication between the team and us. Polite, Professional, fast, experienced , just Excellent all round. A pleasure to be around such young, motivated, strong, brilliant guys. Will most definitely use Jam Vans again and again.

Tom was our designated removals specialist for our move. A man of few words but boundless enthusiasm. Tom quietly thought through the optimal approach to loading our furniture so as to maximise the space available and deliver our possessions efficiently and professionally.

Owen, Tom, Harvey and Ed were thoroughly focused, attentive, communicative, reassuring, calm, methodical , good humoured , very hardworking, thorough and excellent in every respect.

They’ve been great - good value, flexible pickups and the team are really professional. Owen & Tom who returned our things were courteous, friendly and extremely careful navigating our furniture around difficult corners. Would highly recommend

I can't say how HAPPY I am with JAM STORAGE 😀 Everything from the customer service to the price they charge is EXCELLENT... It's almost to good to be true.
Rute was my point of contact and was always polite and had all the answers and reassurance I needed at all times. Harvey & Owen delivered my belongings that where in storage and where very attentive and polite. 8 can't remember the 2 guys names that picked up my stuff but they where as attentive and polite as Owen & Harvey plus they worked in the heatwave so hats off to them as it was extremely hot... All in all I cannot fault JAM STORAGE in any way and I wouldn't hesitate to be using them again in the future and will definitely be recommending them to family & friends who are in need of such service.
