We wanted to clarify not to leave your feedback here without response, as we mentioned in our email as well, that since this was an international delivery, customs fees may be added on top of the shipping charge. These fees are issued by border authorities and are unfortunately beyond our control.
We also apologize for the long delivery time. This was a busy season, and it took longer than expected. We are very sorry about this.
To compensate for the inconvenience, we have refunded the order price, shipping fees, and customs fees in full. We hope this has helped to resolve the issue.
