From calling JA Plumbing to getting booked in and works done, it was a breeze. James came to do a gas certifcate and helped me out by bleeding my radiators and helping me to understand the thermostat. He also diagnosed a leak which I had suspected but was unsure which he will come back to fix once he has secured the correct fittings. Super efficient, very knowledgeable and gave me tips along the way. He worked swiftly, talking me through each step and didn't miss a beat. He is very affordable and very respectful of the property and the client. I would absolutely recommend JA Plumbing and Gas Service. Thank you so much James!

Very friendly engineer (James) who was more than happy to answer any questions relating to the boiler, its components and how everything works in the system. More than happy to be watched when working.

Also, explained clearly what was checked, breakdown of invoice, notes recorded from visit and how the reminder system works after being added for the annual servicing.

Arrived promptly, communicated clearly, quoted the job with a reasonable price. Completed the work to an excellent standard and treated my property with respect. Absolutely cannot fault the service.

We have called on JA Plumbing and Gas services before, so when our boiler started acting up, we knew that we could trust this company for reliable advice. We were able to organise an appointment for the next day and the plumber went out of his way to come at a time convenient for us. He was very knowledgable and sorted the problem easily. He gave us advice on what to do if the problem happened again. I would definitely call on him again.
