Firstly, the product is wonderful. I purchased a pair of earrings and I loved them so much I returned to buy a necklace. They are glam, they have glitz, they have beautifully smooth lines and are ideal for party season. Secondly they were extremely comfortable to wear. Thirdly Jolina provides a vey warm, friendly personal service. Finally delivery was prompt and each item arrived in its own exquisite protective drawbag. Highly recommend and I will certainly be visiting again 😍

I dont know why the reviews on their returns are so bad. I returned one item in my order using their online portal 12 days after placing my order and received a refund. Good service, fast delivery and beautiful jewellery! I will definitely buy again.

Absolutely disgraceful company!

I chose a necklace and bracelet set for my birthday. Which wasn’t until 10 days after it arrived. When I tried on the set it did not fit. The necklace was too tight and the bracelet was too big. I couldn’t return via the portal as it only gives you 7 days. So I contacted customer service and explained the situation. They replied telling me to use the portal. So again I explained why I couldn’t and I neve heard back. They never replied to any of my emails since. THIS COMPANY are crooks. They won’t let you return anything sk buy at your own risk

Unfortunately, I experienced very poor customer service from this company. I bought a necklace and bracelet set. When they arrived they were not suitable as the necklace was too tight and the bracelet too small. I attempted to return the items for a refund and the returns portal wouldn’t allow me to process the return. I contacted customer service and they didn’t reply for a few days and then told me to send a photo in of the items I wanted to reply and gave me a link. I did what they asked and they then rejected my return request for absolutely no reason. This was a £50 set that was totally unsuitable and they won’t accept returns and won’t give a reason. Very very poor service. Avoid!
