I was looking for jars for a while and just couldn’t seem to find what I was looking for so I quit. This has to be Gods perfect timing because I started to look again and almost instantly found Jars direct. Perfect for what I need and great prices.

The product was never delivered, and it was not possible to get in contact with the company. I got no replies to any emails.

Really happy with the jars can not fault the service. In fact I made a second purchase. Jars came well packaged will be ordering again next year.

A good product at a reasonable price. A great range of colours offered. Buying in bulk is very economical.

This was the first and last time I will use Jars Direct. The jars I purchase are of poor quality. I was told that it is a manufacturer faulty and that all the jars are like this. I can confirm that I have purchased same jars from other suppliers, and the jars have been perfect quality. So be careful. If it was for the urgency I would have sent them back.

Horrendous company, ordered 8oz jars, 6 of them to try them before i bulk buy for my upcoming Honey harvest, and It's just been a horrific experience. They sent the hexagonal jars like I requested, then sent the wrong lids, when i emailed their info contact us email and it bounces back rejected. I raised a dispute with paypal then they contacted me via phone and organized replacement lids, which came the exact same incorrect size as the first jars. Laughable tbh, how difficult is it for someone to try a lid on a jar before sending out 2 incorrect sizes?

AVOID and buy elsewhere, you'll have a far less troublesome experience, because these guys try to hammer square pegs into triangle holes.

Good product. Getting more expensive than about 6-8 months ago, although still competitively priced in the market. But I have had 2-4 jars arriving smashed in the odd delivery. Lately less breakages as better packed and also probably because the DPD courier delivery is much better than previously.

Brilliant customer service. Had an issue with an incorrect item delivered as part of my order. Email sent late in the evening to notify them....phone call received the next morning to apologise with the correct items sent straight out. The fact they bothered to phone rather than just send lengthy emails was so refreshing!!
Their products are excellent quality, which are always despatched quickly too.
