We recently returned from our holiday to Costa Rica and it was brilliant, thanks to the arrangements made by Luke at Jasmine Holidays. The hotels, tours and experiences were first class and just what we hoped for.

An excellent trip to Borneo prepared by Jasmine, and even when something went wrong, it was sorted quickly.

We were looking at the website when I realised we hadn't left reviews for the two previous holidays we had booked with Jasmine, to India in 2023 and last year to Japan.
Both were excellent, and in no small measure down to Tom at Jasmine for all his hard work and advice. He was always available to respond to our questions and accommodate our requests. He is the best travel professional I've ever dealt with.

I have just returned from a trip to Vietnam, a 7 night cruise up the Mekong delta and Cambodia. From the first contact with Jasmine, I felt my holiday wishes were listened to and a tailor made package provided. The hotels they suggested were fabulous, the boat was wonderful and the organisation first class. I will be booking with them again.

We have just arrived back from our 3rd holiday arranged by Jasmine and yet again we have had an amazing time. They have arranged our trips around India, Cambodia, Vietnam & Bali and this year Thailand. Each holiday was tailor made and I can’t fault any of the itineraries. Our guides & drivers have all been very knowledgeable, all our transfers have luckily ran to plan and we have stayed in some truly spectacular accommodation from home stays to 5*. Thank you to Luke & everyone at Jasmine for helping us make memories that will last a life time. I’m now planning our next trip!!

The Sarojin was excellent in all respects and the travel arrangements worked well, despite the closure of Heathrow on our return day! But Etihad Airways looked after us well, putting us in a good hotel and arranging a return on the same scheduled flight 24 hours later.
This is the fourth holiday we’ve had arranged by Jasmine and all have exceeded our expectations. But this one was truly exceptional with hotel accommodation, setting, food and service first rate. Thank you Luke for persuading me to set aside my initial lack of enthusiasm.

Jasmine holidays put together quite a long and varied itinerary for us in South East Asia, they were very responsive at all times and quick to adapt the itinerary when we kept changing our minds. While we were away there was an issue with flights which they resolved before we even knew about it. Would highly recommend and would book with them again.

Fantastic experience. Luke and his team planned our Mexico trip which was designed so well, accomodated for our needs and also any last minute changes such as a cancelled flight. They have very good at communicating and helping to design our ideal trip. Their tour guide in Mexico City, Pepe, was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and ensured our trip went as smooth as possible!

Luke at Jasmine Holidays was excellent at listening to what we wanted from our Costa Rica experience. We have used Jasmine several times before and have always received outstanding tailored holidays, perfect for us. Jasmine organized a complex tour for us to Peru and Ecuador, taking in Machu Pichu, the Andes, Coscu, Lima, Quito and the Galapagos islands. They worked with local tour companies to customize our trip and to ensure that all the connections and logistics, guides and hotels were organized. This is the second time we have used Jasmine to organized highly customized tours and would recommend them without hesitation.

This is the third tour that we have booked with Tom at Jasmine travel and had a brilliant time. All the many arrangements for flights, transfers, guides and hotels went very smoothly and we were able to travel with the minimum of paperwork thanks to Jasmine's travel app which contains all the necessary info and contact details. Tom and the team are always ready to help with recommendations, your specific requirements and are easy and responsive to contact when abroad. These are all important factors for planning and enjoying a relaxing trip to remember.

We're just back from our amazing trip to Japan and China. This is our third trip with Jasmine Holidays and yet again a big thank you to Tom and team for organising another fantastic adventure!

Japan is a beautiful country and their itinerary enabled us to see so much and experience the wonderful people and their amazing culture. An unexpected highlight for us was the bus trip from Kanazawa to Takayama via Shirawara-go and Takayama itself - enhanced by the heavy snow! A wonderful experience.

China gave us the wow factor. It really blew us away. Harbin was a particular highlight - what a place and what an experience! From the amazing hotel with it's fantastic views over the city to the incredible snow and ice sculptures - fantastic! Our journey through China was incredible - the sheer scale of the cities and their infrastructure to the wonderful history (Terracotta Warriors was an amazing sight) and the amazing people.

We truly had an amazing time and a really wonderful rest and relaxation in Langkawi at the end. A fabulous hotel in a lovely place. A great way to end such a fantastic trip.

We definitely recommend Jasmine Holidays. We're now thinking about the next trip so will be contacting Tom shortly!

Tom and his team at Jasmine Holidays put together a wonderful package for us combining a South Africa safari followed by the Seychelles. From my initial contact with Tom, he was very professional and very prompt with his replies to my many questions. Everything on our holiday went without a hitch including all the pick-ups from airports and accommodations. Tom also made sure that we were notified well in advance when our flight to Seychelles was delayed by several hours and re-scheduled the driver who was collecting us from the accommodation. The price for the package was very competitive as I had made enquiries at another company for a similar holiday, which had been quoted at a much higher price.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jasmine Holidays and will certainly be back to use them again in the future.

We have just had the perfect holiday to Cambodia and Vietnam organised by jasmine holidays. hotels fabulous guides outstand friendly knowledgeable nothing to much trouble , tranceport and trancefers spot on Bhaya cruise magical Mekon River cruise lovely staff on both brilliant after a full on two weeks we were taken to phu quoc island for 6 nights it was a superb place to unwind cottages beautiful local restaurant and shops closed by perfection.

We have used Jasmine Holidays for a few years now, they are very professional, nothing is too much trouble to get you the perfect holiday. Luke was so helpful and couldn't do enough for us. All of the hotels we stayed in were fantastic, the transfers and all of the excursions on holiday were perfect. Everything went to plan and we were able to totally relax and not worry about anything. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

We just got back from an incredible trip to Thailand, organized by Jasmine Holidays, and it was perfect from start to finish! The itinerary was spot-on, giving us a great mix of sightseeing, culture, and relaxation.

In Chiang Mai, we loved our stay at a beautiful boutique hotel, with highlights like visiting an ethical elephant sanctuary and learning to cook Thai food. Our beach stay in Koh Samui was pure paradise, and Jasmine Holidays even arranged a private boat trip to nearby islands.

Everything ran smoothly, from transfers to accommodation, and the service from Jasmine Holidays was outstanding. They made the entire trip stress-free and unforgettable. Highly recommend booking your Thailand adventure with them!
