Absolute nightmare to work with. First of all, the labs are done through quest, and there are multiple other companies you can use, because unless you know how to set up a "MyQuest" portal account, they are the "middleman" (the overcharge you), and they wait their sweet time to post your results, even after Quest has sent them (I would get some of my results a couple days ahead of time through the MyQuest portal). But even worse, they refuse to work with Quest on refunds for clearly mishandled tests. I'm a doctor--and had some of those lab results they posted been real, I'd be dead. That said, they've also taken over 12 days (as of now, and the test is STILL not back), on an emergency test that should have taken no more than a couple days. In addition to the sample degrading (and they will claim "it was frozen"...which doesn't matter, this test is ultrasensitive and DOES degrade after a few days), they won't even give me a refund for the "tests that came back too low to measure." (Again, if that were the case, I'd be dead, second...that's WHAT YOU DO, you can measure anything in a GS/MS). I went to Labcorp a week later, and ALL my results are back, and guess what?? NORMAL LEVELS, of everything. Not "too low to even read" NORMAL. AND, I'm STILL waiting for half my results from Jason's Health/Quest. I've asked for a refund multiple times, but their team is located overseas (eye roll), and they aren't going to give any kind of refund. This company might work out for some people, sometimes, but I think they are a SCAM.

Jason Health is the best!! I like to see how my labs are a few times a year and wouldn’t be able to if not for Jason Health. Much more affordable than anywhere else and I can still go get my blood drawn at a lab close to home. Grateful to have found Jason Health!

I ordered in December. The website said you don't need an appointment at quest diagnostics, but i just booked one to be sure. Self check in was easy. It took me 15 minutes waiting in the waiting room.
However, Quest said they couldn't draw my blood (b/c of my health issue).
Fortunately, Jason health refunded me right after I reached out to them.

P/s: the website let you pick and build your own blood test combination, so make sure to do some research to see which one you really need. It can end up cheaper than other website if you only pick the necessary tests.

Jason health has saved my life. In May 2025 my routine bloodwork liver enzyme results were greater than 300 (critical). My doctor wanted me to go straight to the hospital, which I declined (due to past experiences) in order to avoid unnecessary invasive tests that can cause more harm than good. My goal was to figure out what the CAUSE was in my diet or other otherwise (2 different vitamin supplements.) I ordered the liver enzyme test weekly for a few weeks paying close attention to what I had eaten for the week. Then every two weeks then 3 weeks. My levels gradually went down. During these time periods I retried some foods which I eliminated which again caused an increase... identifying causes for elevation. Alt and Ast enzymes are now in normal range from 300+ to mid 20's. Note... in May my doctor scheduled my follow up for September 2025 (4 months!away). There was no way the medical establishment "protocols" would have allow for weekly, biweekly, etc. testing.
I believe the action I took using Jason health saved my life...
Long story short... my liver can't tolerate grain fed beef, sugar, and the unknown reason behind the vitamin supplements.
I'm eating 100% grass fed and finished beef now with no problems.

Results were uploaded 4 days early, which was great, but the draw itself felt rushed and the e-mail follow-up essentially copy-pasted. In the end I got what I needed—clear numbers, no insurance hoops—but I left feeling like a barcode rather than a patient.

Their behavior was unprofessional when you called. They showed no interest in assisting you, despite my repeated attempts to explain my confusion about the blood panel.

Highly Highly Recommend!!! So much cheaper than using insurance and very efficient in getting results back to you quickly!

I would 100% recommend using this service. The communication through Jason Health was amazing. I always knew what was going on with my lab results and it was SUPER easy to order the tests and have them sent to the testing center. It alleviated so much health anxiety to just be able to have control over my testing, and I was literally at the testing center for 15 minutes max. They were super professional and my results came back ONE day later. I mean, cmon, that is awesome. I am so happy with this service and would enocurage everyone to use it

No communication, they don't send results or next steps via email, I had to call. Upon trying to get a hold of a doctor, it's virtually impossible, and customer service is a complete joke. Never using them again.

i did a Blood Hormones test with this Lab this past summer results came quick overall i recommend the lab

I was recommended to Jason health because I was between providers. Nor did I have health insurance but I needed some testing done. I was sent the link and I was able to choose the test set I needed and the ones I was recommended they were literally 50% less than going directly through the lab. They even supplied a list of labs in my area. Results were posted within a couple of days.

I was between primary care physicians when the third one in 3 years quit on me. The website to order tests is very easy to use. The Quest Diagnostic app is great in giving standard values. I was able to take the tests to my new doctor and had a very productive appointment instead of the normal history, order bloodwork and then have a conversation.

Very happy with the service! I was going to the labs direct before and paying much more at other labs, but was told about Jason Health and super legit.

The price is just right. Paid online. Scheduled appointment with a local lab. I spent less than 15 minutes in the lab. Results came back within 2 days. No insurance, use them. You have insurance, still use them because they are probably cheaper than your copays with insurance depending on type. Will absolutely use them again. Highly recommend.

I had an appointment today, on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at 11.30 am . I would like to submit a complaint about a nurse who took my blood sample. She works at 50 Bellefontaine St. Ste 101 , Pasadena, CA 91105 (room nember 2). My appointment was at 11.30 but she made me wait an hour to take my blood at 12.30 pm

I don't know her name. She was very rude and showed discrimination and was racist towards me. (You can see in security footage). In my opinion, she doesn't have enough education and experience to work in this position.

Currently, I am in serious pain because she drew my blood incorrectly and punctured me roughly. I've never had this experience ever and expect someone who is a nurse and works for this facility to treat me better. I hope you take my complaint under your consideration and take serious actions.

Bad experience. They are a 3rd party company. You don’t actually meet with the doctor. After you do testing you have to wait 1-3 days for results. After you get results you have to wait an additional 1-3 days to speak with the doctor and also to get treatment is an extra 1-3 days. So inconvenient for someone that needs treatment asap.

The entire process was very simple and the people at the lab are always nice. I have no insurance so being able to go to Jasonhealth for labs is a true miracle. I've been going since March 2023!!!

I just learned about Jason health this morning at quest labs. I have no insurance but was given a list of labs to complete by my dermatologist which was gonna cost $1100 out of pocket. When I ordered through Jason health it was $220. I was stunned at the difference. Highly recommend as this is Legit. It was easy and so fast to use.
