Ordered my first prototype to be 3d printed - came in good time and was as expected. Just placed an order for a qty of parts and hoping all goes great with this as well.

Multiple parts were out of spec or had finish issues. Order arrived late after a batch of parts failed quality testing, yet somehow all of the other out of spec parts were still sent and had to be returned. Some parts were printed in the entirely wrong orientation from the images that were included specifically for orientation.

Product is great! Took awhile to get here with the holidays but looks exactly like my stl!

Amazing quality and turnaround time.

Fast turn around time, parts were quick to go into production and shipped promptly! They arrived packaged very well. JawsTech is very communicative and always keeps me informed of what production stage my parts are in through their website. I use them for all my SLS/MJF additive manufacturing needs.

My additional information/request was clearly ignored and the items received were not the correct size. I paid for something that I can’t use and have yet to hear back from you.

I was able to test the quality of your process and was generally pleased with the outcome. First, I did a one-piece sample and then followed it up with a larger group of pieces. The discount that was available at the time allowed me to risk a larger order. I wanted to compare with another vendor.
