I was really impressed with the swift response when my order couldn't be processed as I'd ordered. The problem was resolved within an hour of placing the order. Extremely good customer service.

Such an amazing experience shopping. Bought and shipped on the same day and arrived just a couple of days later. Blown away by the customer service!

Awesome product fast and excellent communication and fast post

My daughter is 16 months and I have struggled to find clothes that I really like and feel for her style. I came across Jaxon Rose and not only fell in love with the products for her but wish they made adult versions. I have placed a few orders and the customer service was really strong, the products arrived quickly and I have been nothing but overjoyed with the products upon arrival- even better than my very high expectations. I hope the selection continues to grow as I may soon have all the pieces!
