Only received qty 1 for order number…
Only received qty 1 for order number 1239. I ordered qty 2. Sent a email to information on website. Haven’t hurt anything back yet.

I only received one out of two…
I only received one out of two bracelets I ordered. I sent an email and received a quick response to check in to it. A couple of days later I received a email stating the order was miss read and I could get a refund or another bracelet shipped. The quick responses from JCarart shows me they care about their customers.

Great customer service experience
Purchase went well. I have an issue at delivery, one product was delivered instead of 2. However customer service was amazing and really quick to react. I received the second missing piece within 48hrs which saved my company's xmas party. The jewelries are beautiful, identical to photos.
