Worst company I’ve ever come across.
Waiting 3 weeks for 1 item which still has not arrived. No refund either. Literally criminal.
No communication at all. Messaged on Instagram and sent emails.

DO NOT SHOP IN THIS SITE
ABSOLUTELY appalling customer service, I ordered an item on the 3rd of December hoping it would arrive 2/3 working days which it states on their website. It arrived on the 27th of December, I was away due to it being Christmas and didn’t return back to the uk until the 6th January. My neighbour dropped it round as it had been left by the side of my bin.
When it arrived the item was NOT how described and no return label. I have been chasing for a returns label but no response, but by looking at other reviews looks like I’m not the only person
I WOULD ADVISE TO STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

Stay clear no customer service
Joke of a company want my money back but they dont even reply to emails and have no number! No customer service at all. Over priced and took 3weeks for something that was spose to be 3/5days delivery.. stay clear from this place! Specially if you need in time for a loved one.

Terrible and disappointing
Hello , I am reaching out to inform you that I did not receive my order , but I was still charged for it . I believe that I am entitled to a refund for this issue . Please investigate and provide me with a resolution as soon as possible . Thank you for your assistance.

Awful company
Awful company, paid for shipping which should be 2 days but over 2 weeks later still nothing sent. They don't respond to emails or messages via Instagram

Despite several emails with no reply I still haven’t received my item. Never dealt with a company so unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Amazing service!
Bought a few items now from this company , latest was a personalised bracelet with a picture of our late pooch when you look through, how they did it I’ll never know but it’s beautiful and so clear, the clothes are amazing and all fit my wife so well, great business with fast delivery would highly recommend
