We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially on your first visit. While we do provide lockers for members to store their belongings securely, we’d always recommend using a padlock wherever possible to help keep items safe.
If anything like this happens again, please let a member of staff know at the time and they’ll do their best to assist.

Great equipment & classes
This is a fantastic gym with loads of equipment and a friendly atmosphere. The facilities have been really clean lately and the new management seems to be improving the standards. Great variety of free classes too

He is an unfit manager who should not be allowed to run a gym, as it is putting employees at harm.

Dirty and run down
Machines either broken, switched off or falling in a dire state of repair.
Floor areas not cleaned regularly.
Free weights regularly not in proper locations.
Ropes frayed or broken/lost clips.
Moved entrance allowance to 1 a day.

Hello – Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you’ve noticed. Our gym teams do carry out regular maintenance and cleaning checks, but if you spot anything specific that needs attention, please let the team know on site so they can take a look.
Regarding access, the app does allow one QR entry per day, but if you need to come back in, please press the green buzzer at the entrance and a member of the team can assist you. Thank you for sharing your feedback.

Great Variety
It’s a nice environment. The gym has a variety of plated machines as well as cable machines. Would recommend.

The local gym is OK
The local gym is OK, and staff are friendly, but the overall customer service provided by JD Gym in relation to payments and enquiries is appalling.
