Very poor experience with JDRM…

Very poor experience with JDRM Westcotes Dental Care. It is nearly impossible to get through on their phone line — it doesn’t seem to be monitored by a real person at all.

Trying to cancel or reschedule an appointment is extremely frustrating. Even when calling days in advance, you simply can’t reach reception, meaning you risk missing appointments through no fault of your own.

They seem to only use the phone when it suits them, and very rarely answer incoming calls. This level of service is unacceptable.

Amazing Dentist....Joe Catley

They have a new dentist at my surgery in Hinckley called Joe Catley. What an amazing professional person he is. He really puts you at ease and he's so friendly and down to earth. I have to say I have never come across a medical professional like Joe in all my life. For someone who is the same age as my son.... a lot of young people could learn a lot from him. I had a tooth taken out today and I was absolutely bricking it.... He was running a bit late because he had to deal with an emergency.... But he came out a couple of times from the surgery room to let me know and just to alleviate my fears. The procedure was both pain less and straightforward. He spoke to me every step of the way and it took just a few minutes. Well done Joe! JDRM are very lucky to have you!

DENTIST OF THE YEAR AWARD DR. H.Aziz

I visited Leicester JDRM Dental Care because I was not happy with my current NHS dentist.

Dr. Aziz was so kind, caring, and listened to me, and I felt heard and understood.

This dentist and her nurse deserve a reward for their professionalism and quality of care. THEY ARE AMAZING!

So I have a chipped tooth and I went to the dentist that was recommended to me. So I had the treatment I have been left worse than when I went in, now I was given a prescription which was written by the dentist assistant, then the dentist proof read the prescription gave it back to me and sent me to the front desk they also looked at it and gave it back to me, I went to the chemist to get my prescription and they said that the prescription hasnt been filled out proper by JDRM so I will have to go back to get it done properly. I then called them and explained the error that was made by 3 Members of their staffing team and asked if they could pay for my transport as I am on the minimum amount of benefits and I cannot afford another 1hr and 40 min travel. It was expensive ( to me) the first travel. Receprion said they spoke with the manager and He/She said no they will not pay for my travel, when I asked to speak with the manager the manager said they are not going to talk to me. So I put a complaint in and I haven’t had a resolve in over 4 months it’s disgusting as now it is hard to get another dentist, I do not trust this company as they displayed poor professionalism from the start. The only reason I gave 1 star is because you cannot write this review without adding at least one star or they would have got 0. Stay away from this company they are rude, uncaring, definitely don’t have peoples skills, your better of waiting with your initial pain until you find a better dentist as they make things worse and then refuse to ascertain for their Errors.

Went to my check-up appointment today

Went to my check-up appointment today, my original dental surgeon (Alice) had left the business and there was a new guy Joe taking her place. I felt anxious but once i met Joe he put my anxiety at rest, he's a friendly, guy, explains what he is about to do and why, and took some time to tell me a little about himself, this made me feel I was in good hands and no further worry was required. So "high 5" to Joe and ill feel confident on my next check-up im sure.
