This is the same company that has created so many different betting sites under different names for years now. I know them as Karamba but they have had other sites such as Betiton and MrPlay. Honestly they will have had dozens more too but I gave up signing up with them 3 years ago due to the poor customer service.

They make it near impossible to withdraw money and the website itself is buggy as hell. I couldn't even place a bet because no bet slip was appearing (Chrome android). I had to use another browser and then request desktop site. I'm praying my bet loses so I don't have to worry about the hurdles I have to jump through to withdraw money.

Avoid at all costs to protect your sanity.

Deposited over £100 in total which was no issue at all but funnily enough i need all sorts of proof of ID, proof of address and also proof of my payment to withdraw the £35 i won. I deposited using mobile credit and theyre basically saying they want to see my phone bill with my mobile number, my address AND my full name along it which is impossible iv tried all sorts to get this done and its not happening. So yeh basically they’ve ate my £100 pounds without an issue but my £35 is still stuck there and processing and will never be transferrd to my bank!

Signed up and deposited through a bonus never got bonus when I deposited it took money off my deposit so I kept adding more thinking there was a mistake. Never revived any bonus. Advertising is all wrong can't even trust that is a litegiment site!

Disgusting won 3,000 early hours banked. Asked for extr info sent the documents for them to verify and tell me they do not process withdrawals at all on weekend. Its funny though as they can process your deposits on the weekend. I prob will never see my winnings

awful company - would not honour welcome offer and when queried the customer service was rude and dismissive. how these companies get a licence to operate is one of lifes mysteries.

Worst thing I have ever experienced

On Monday 7th August I deposited £2000 into Jeffbet of which got accept and I started to play roulette. After sometime I got my £2000 up to £3871.00 and decided to withdraw these funds.

My withdrawal was pending but could see I needed to verify my account, of which I did. The verification page accepted all documents sent and my withdrawal carried on pending.

On Tuesday 8th August after been told on live chat that my withdrawal looked good and there was nothing else I needed to do, I was then sent an email stating that they have taken my winnings but returned my deposit. I have apparently breached there terms and conditions by using a strategy that was unfair to them.

As they will be able to see from my game play, I repeated my bet which is perfectly legal and then added to my bet. At times I even started my bet from fresh of which again was completely legal.

I have no committed any crime or play illegally, therefore I believe I am entitled to my winnings.

After reading the reviews I was worried about withdrawing but honestly one of the best I’ve had quite a few big wins and been in my account within a few hours. Defo my new favourite ❤️

Deposited £100. Bet on odds greater than evens. Didn't receive free bet on the condition that I had deposited in the casino section of the website. Was advised to deposit again to get a free bet. £10 this time. Made a withdrawal of £300 and no word from Jeffbet for 4 days. Raised a complaint and they confiscated my winnings on the grounds I had previously had an account with them. A total lie. Have raised with eCOGRA and will take to small claims court even if it costs me more than I am due to receive in winnings.

Scammers. Took my deposits willingly. I tried to withdraw on one occasion, had to supply further identification, which should really be asked for on registration. I provided everything and still have not received my funds nor had any response. It’s been weeks.
Managed to find contact information on companies house and am now pursuing it through small claims. Fingers crossed. Happy to provide information to any others who’ve been had the same experience. I can see there are many from the awful reviews.

Be warned they write their own ‘good’ reviews too! AVOID!

Started off OK with Jeffbet, accepted some free bets offers (although made deliberately complicated for unaware punters), and for a few months, everything seemed to be working fine.

That is until they cancelled one of my withdrawals. For a still unknown reason, they took it upon themselves to 're-settle' one of my winning bets, which was a perfectly legitimate bet. They then repeatedly cancelled a withdrawal. The agents were the most unhelpful I have ever encountered, and in my opinion, they were thoroughly dishonest in the information they tried to fob me off with.

They never replied to any of the email complaints I sent to them either. I never once received a legitimate explanation as to why the withdrawal was cancelled.

I was eventually forced to lodge a complaint with eCOGRA, who promptly contacted Jeffbet, and the withdrawal was permitted.

I would not have got the money without eCOGRA's intervention.

When things go wrong, a gambling organisation shows its true colours, and Jeffbet certainly showed theirs.
