I bought matching shirts for me and my son from jellystore.com and they didnt have my shirt so refunded my $ but still charged me for shipping for 2 shirts. I contacted customer service and they basically told me sorry thats how its gonna be. I sent them 3 emails after that and got no response. We will never buy from jelly again. Almost $40 for 1 shirt that costed $12.50. Really jelly. Come on

Placed an order on 5/8/2020 it is now 6/11/2020 and nothing. Customer service doesn’t even reply to my emails. HORRIBLE! I will be contacting my bank to request a refund.

Faulty and substandard products
I bought a dress which took weeks and weeks to arrive - it was unfinished and faulty. Not only faulty but hideous and badly made - nasty cheap fabric. Of course NOTHING like the the photo used on the Facebook ad. They refuse to take it back and refund my money - of course! What a con!!!

I paid extra for nothing
I paid 15 € extra for it to arrive by 5-10 business days. It did not. the product was shipped 5 days after I paid. i didn't get the product in 5-10 business days, i got it 3 weeks later (4 weeks after i paid). no apologies, no compensation, no explanation other than wait!

I ordered a hoodie from.jelly store..I paid $18 extra for it to arrive by 12-18-19 . It did not..I emailed customer service 3 times with no response. I never got an email that it shipped. When I checked the postnl tracker it showed it left for shipment on 12-4-19 and then nothing after. It finally arrived on 12-23-19. I got an email from customer service only after it arrived with a link showing it had been delivered . No apologies or anything. Terrible Experience!
