I have been a customer at Jemca Bracknell for a good few years and have never had a bad time at the branch.

Very welcoming and informative team at Reception. However my vehicle was in for a recall, I was advised on the phone prior to arriving that the part for the recall would not need to be paid for. However I was given a list of over 10 components that would need to be replaced to get to the recalled part. This came to a cost of over £1000 !!

Sally was a star. Extremely helpful.

Muks and Dee have been brilliant very friendly and welcoming thank you for all your help.

While there were a few concerns about the service quality, such as issues with fluid top-ups and brake maintenance, I found the sales team to be exceptionally helpful. Richard, our sales assistant, was fantastic, guiding us through the buying process with ease and treating us like family. The dealership has a warm atmosphere, with staff like Nico and Andy offering a welcoming, professional service. Despite some areas needing improvement, I felt supported and valued as a customer, which makes me feel confident in recommending Jemca Toyota.
