This company is awful
Delivery took ages for shoes. Shoes too small despite ordering 1/2 size bigger than usual size, quality rubbish.
No returns info in English and then they want a photo before releasing returns info.
This company doesn't provide prepaid return facility but expects me to pay for postage to china in order to get a refund or has offered 25% refund!

Scam. I would give no stars if I could

I would give no stars if I could. I bought a jacket from this site last Autumn. It arrived, but was unwearable due to it having extremely short sleeves (I am 5'3''). I contacted the website to return the item and was advised I would need to return it at my own cost to an address in China. A jacket just short of £40 was sent at a cost of £20 and four months later I still do not have a refund... for a faulty item! When i followed up, I was told they needed tracking information to refund - tracked postage would've made the cost of shipping more than the item's worth. I will never shop from this site again and urge anyone reading this review not to .

I purchased an item in November, fit was not as described, I returned the item as prescribed by this company and I am still awaiting a refund, with an exceptionally poor customer service. I would not trust this online retailer and wish I had read these comments before purchasing

This company are a joke DONT order from them I so wish I had read the reviews first because I wouldn’t have bothered ordering anything, iv asked for a refund for undelivered shoes 3 times and getting no where, the courier hasn’t received the order after 3 weeks

Do NOT buy goods from Jensen-Mode.

I really wish I had researched this company before I purchased a dress from them In October 2025 since I see that they habitually cheat customers by promising refunds if goods are sent back with 30 days and then add conditions to prevent a refund or to exceed the time limit allowed for using a credit card company to dispute the charge. I not only paid €50 for a dress which looked like it was made of plastic but also stupidly in November 25 paid more than €23 to have it sent back to their warehouse since they told me the parcel had to be traceable. In retrospect I should have simply contacted my credit card company but I believed Jansen Mode when they promised a refund. After many emails asking for my refund, they eventually told me I had to pay customs duties for delivery into China although this was NOT stated originally. I had no way of verifying any further charge and did not want to pay any more money on top of the €73 I had already paid. They then informed me there was a 'problem' at customs and that the dress was being returned to me. And when they responded to my first review on Trustpilot, the same 'person' told me that since I had exceeded the 30 day period for returning the goods, they could not refund me. At every step this process is designed to cheat customers of their right to a refund. If any one buys shoddy goods from this company contact your credit card company immediately.

Jensen Mode are dishonest and do not give refunds

The clothing company who trade as Jensen Mode in the UK are the worst on-line companies I have dealt with. The top I ordered was size small, what I received was a large which came down to mid thigh and sleeves were 3-4 inches too long. All the customer help including Returns is in German so I sent it back within 30 days recoded delivery to a return address on the delivery package requesting a full refund. Despite send in all details in photo form which included a signature for receipt JM are still refusing to pay. It is now 11 weeks and tens of emails later after initial return of 17/12/25. They are not to trusted.

Don’t use this company they are not in Germany but are in china
Avoid if you don’t want to be out of pocket

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I wouldn't even give this company 1 star! I ordered something back in October 2025 and after chasing up numerous times I have never received it. I was asked to chase the courier myself which is totally unacceptable and obviously I couldn't get hold of them. The item cost around £40 and after numerous emails they are still refusing to give me my money back. I have told them I am going to take this further and also report their company. I will do my best to get this website taken down as they are scammers!

Don’t buy from this site . It’s markets as German but it’s Chinese clothing .
I ordered a man’s size M coat in Nov and a very small sized coat arrived that would only fit a size S woman .
They gave me an address ( China ) to return it to and I paid postage and sent it in early Dec.
As of Jan 23rd I haven’t received my refund €70 yet and keep getting AI generated emails from them ( Valentina & Anna ) .. terrible customer service) . Message to the team please send my refund , as I sent you the receipt of postage .

Note : The sizing is all wrong on your clothing ( Chinese sizing )for the European market .

Incorrectly sized item

I was sent an item that was clearly smaller than the size it claimed to be. The company has refused to refund my money unless I pay the return postage. This is clearly unacceptable.

The company's standard response is that they want to resolve the issue. That is purely for PR. They don't. If you look at other reviews you will see that they never resolve an issue satisfactorily.

An absolute scam

An absolute scam. Bought shoes for a Christmas present. The product came from China, awful quality, smelled like petrol. DONT BUY FROM THEM. I tried to get a refund but they told me to post them back…..to CHINA!! They offered a 20% refund which I took but only because they repeatedly sent me AI generated emails and I just gave up. They are scam artists!

Still no reoly

After this company kindly replying to my bad review on trustpilot and advising me to email them. 3 emails later they still have not replied to my email providing me with a return address for an item that I purchased that was clearly under sized. They are trying to look good on trustpilot but still awful customer service

Absolutely terrible company - zero customer service for returns

I ordered 2 t shirts on Sept 28th 2025 from a website which says it’s a German online shop. Neither of these fitted, sizing seems a little small compared to somewhere like wierd fish, and upon asking for a returns address was told to send it to China! They offered several times a small % refund and not to return, but it was nowhere near the cost. I sent on 21st October and it reached Chinese customs on 26th October from where it hasn't appeared to move. I have e mailed on numerous occasions and been told they will chase it up with customs but still nothing.
After following the response below, they again said they would chase up with customs but yet again still still no help what so ever, how can 2 T shirts be held in Customs for over 3 months!
Yet again they have asked me to send proof of postage and tracking details, which I have so they could chase up with customs.

Do not use this company. I ordered a coat in November. Absolute rubbish. At least 2 sizes too small. I was offered the 20% refund. I refused. They wanted me to send it back to China but return address is in England. I checked my rights snd told them I was within my rights to return it there. They agreed and it was received into their warehouse on 4th December. Despite loads of emails and bullshit excuses about it being at customs since December I still have no refund. So now they have my goods and my cash.They should not be allowed to get away with it. Today is 8th Jan I have requested tracking number on 2 emails so I can check on package but not giving me that either. Clearly not being helpful at all.
Now they reply pretending to know nothinh about my case snd ask me for the details so they can try and resolve it. THEY HAVE ALL MY DETAILS. MORE DELAYING TACTICS.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.
EVERYONE STAY CLEAR OF THEM.
Update Now 23rd January and they have now offered 30% refund because of their mistake. UNBELIEVABLE Absolute SCAMMERS DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BUYING FROM THEM...!

Do not use. Fake goods supplied from China which was not the item illustrated but a very poor copy. Asked to post back to China at my expense for a refund. Doubt further expense would result in anything. Update: I see your reply. I have done this and you offered a 20% refund, which I decline. The boots are not wanted by me as they are not what I sought to buy.

Do not do business with this company. I ordered a dress and jacket from them. When they eventually arrived they were cheap tat- despite the price being over €100- and were sent from China. I immediately contacted the company requesting a return address. First I was offered a 10% refund; then 20% - with no need to return the goods. I rejected both and returned the goods at a cost of €34 with tracking. That was 3 weeks ago. The goods were delivered days ago- and despite numerous emails no refund has been made to my account. Read all the other reviews here- their experiences have unfortunately also been mine.

SCAM AVOID

Ordered some Kingseven sunglasses on 25 November - took ages to arrive as they are from China - and I didn’t get anything like what was advertised, not Kingseven, no presentation box - just cheap tat which I paid £45.00 for - have said I want to return as goods are not as described but told I have to pay return costs even though they have blatantly mis sold. All Ts and Cs and return policy in German - total SCAM - wish I’d have checked here first

Order Not received nor has refund after 4 months of chasing!

Ordered a pair of trainers 4 months ago, they never arrived so I requested a refund. All I get is emails saying they are sorting the problem. Surely it does not take over 4 months to sort this problem. Shocking service.
