Non-Existent Customer Service

3 days of trying to get any order cancelled. 3 days of trying various routes of communicating with the company. 3 days of zero responses from this company. Customer service is 100% non-existent. My next move is to contact my bank as the order hasn't been filled in a week and 3 days of zero communication regarding cancelling the order. This company is a dumpster fire.

I ordered on Monday and my first box…

I ordered on Monday and my first box arrived Wednesday afternoon. Upon opening, I immediately opened up one bag of Jerky called Wicked Cuts (the Orange Teriyaki stuff) and devoured the bag within minutes. Can't wait to try the other brands included and look forward to expanding my flavor profiles and being introduced to new jerky I haven't had before.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I received my 1st of 3 month order at Christmas. One of the bags tasted absolutely horrible. I love jerky and couldnt eat it. Two of the others I could get at my local Walmart. I was under the impression that these bags arent the type you can just go buy wherever. Wrong, you can. I emailed their address... no response. I commented several times on their Facebook and noticed my comments were being deleted. I emailed again with my issue and got a response "what is your question"? I emailed again. Yesterday I commented and noticed today, they have blocked me. I sent ANOTHER email and he said he blocked me because I was bashing them. There was no bashing. I simply stated my issues and that they dont respond to emails. I emailed again asking of that was how he handled customers when he didnt like something by just deleting the problem? Probably wont get a response. I will never utilize this company, again.

No thanks

It shipped on the 3rd of December, I received the jerky on the 16th and by the 20th it had already started molding. Was going to give it to my husband as a gift for Christmas. If it needed to be kept refrigerated I wish they would have included a note. Would not recommend and definitely will never order from them again.

Poor First Impression

I can’t speak for the jerky itself yet, but I can say that I am very displeased with how my shipment went. I specifically chose to have it delivered for the holidays, and instead, it came a week early. I then had to text several different people to try to intercept the package before the receiver saw it, all while I was stressing out about my upcoming foot surgery the very next day. When I emailed the company, they said that some packages that were supposed to be held back for the holidays were “accidentally” released. This is unacceptable. And they have yet to make it up to me in any way. This was supposed to give me peace of mind knowing that I had chosen a great gift for someone that would arrive around Christmas, and instead, it was a massive headache. Not likely that I will use this company again.

First box was better

The first box I loved. But, this box I was not impressed with. A little low on the flavor scale for me.

Beware

I placed this order back in august for a three month subscription as an anniversary gift. On the website it says that the first order will be placed within two days of the order then the following orders will be shipped mid month going forward. My order was placed 8/11 and didnt get the first shipment until the end of september. I reached out multiple times to the email address on the website asking when my shipment would arrive or even if it was received and no one ever answered. My third email was asking for a refund and of course no answer!! Also not so special beef jerkey since the two shipments that have been received were the same jerky i can buy in the local store.
Waste of money!!

Don't get ripped off!

From the second month this has been an unbelievably bad purchase. The company didn't send the second month's shipment. At the end of the third month, after no shipment, I started emailing anyone I could to explain to me what was happening. No answers. I did get another shipment, however it was the same jerky that I received in my first shipment. The company states it will be 4 different flavors every month. Out of the 4 months that I've actually gotten my shipment the jerky has had repeat flavors every time. Twice they sent 2 bags of the same kind in one shipment two months in a row. I've sent multiple emails, to any email I can get a hold of and have recieved zero responses. No phone number on the site so good luck actually finding someone to tell you about how they're ripping you off! Also pay very close attention to what they say about servings, as each bag comes with one serving each. That means you get about 6 to 7 small pieces of jerky in a bag. Even if you end up enjoying one of the flavors there won't be enough to satisfy you. At this point and moving forward it's like getting kicked in the teeth every time it comes in the mail. Just a reminder of what I could have and should have spent my money on. Huge disappointment.

I Get Jerky, In The Mail!

The ordering process was simple and straight forward. My first delivery arrived sooner than expected. But then, less than a month later, my second order arrived. This is an issue.

The jerky is excellent, and the selections sent so far, full of great flavor. If I continue to get them too fast, though, I may need to increase the order size. The small packages are just not big enough for my new craving for some tasty jerky delivered right to my mailbox!
