We grow all of our crops to LEAF Marque standards, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and soil health. Still have that new potato taste I remember from long ago and the notice on chip shop windows now frying new potatoes they were amazing you don’t see it anymore you don’t get that taste with other new potatoes it’s been breed out of them

Another poor delivery from Evri suggests these reviews are not read by management who are interested in making improvements? Once again parcel left by the roadside gate and not via our front door.
This time the potatoes were excessively large and without much flavour.

The consistency has not wavered over many deliveries I have had so far! The freshness and flavour of these Jerseys just can’t be matched from a supermarket…

Potato’s are excellent
Potato’s are excellent, great quality and wonderful flavour. The service received from Richardson’s has always been first class.
We always look forward to eating them as early possible
it is a first sign of summer when the skin almost falls off and we can forget peeling the old last seasons crop.

Nothing has changed in that regard from last year - unfortunately on rare occasions delivery issues can occur, as happened from time to time last year as well. However, this year we have looked at ways to better deal with these instances to better respond.
We now automatically flag any such issues and send replacement orders where needed. We can also reassure you that if an order cannot be fulfilled, a refund would of course be issued.
We completely understand your frustration and can only apologise for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.
