I thought I had found my go to jersey store but I have had to look elsewhere. The jerseys look great but after a couple of months the letters and the numbers peel off. They become unwearable. I bought quite a few and regret every purchase. Money down the drain.

So i ordered 2 jerseys on 19 March and I have waited and waited. Asked for status a couple of times and the shipment was on its way... Apparently NOT, becasue here it is the Morning of 14 May (almost exactly 2 months later) and I receive an email saying they will reship!! Customer experience does NOT matter to this company and for that reason alone, I will NEVER shop here again. They are great at accepting $$$ but subpar when it comes to giving you what you paid for!!!

Order took a very long time to arrive.. I had to send it back because size was small, so I send both the shirt and the short but I only got back the shirt and they didn't want to send me the short back.

Can’t wait to see the jerseys I ordered. My daughter is going to love them. Thank you so much 😊

Excellent Nathan MacKinnon Quebec Nordiques jersey! Very happy to have picked this store. Somewhat lengthy wait time, but definitely worth the wait and anticipation. The jersey looks exactly the same and even has the same tags as the official one. In other words, this might be an official jersey!

Sizing inconsistent.

Two of three jerseys ordered were supposed to be same size, tags all are same but one fits like a size or two smaller.

No response from seller.

Five star communication during order and delivery process.

Order Team Canada Bedard jersey Jan 13. Finally arrived today, March 27. Definitely way longer than the 4-6 weeks quoted. Thankfully, great quality and well worth the wait. Will purchase again. Can’t beat the prices.

Absolute crap - placed an order in Early Jan 2023, it’s now Almost April. Zero communication. They are not responding to emails; my tracking number is simply showing “electronic information sent to shipper” meaning no parcel is picked up. I can’t even find a place to request a refund because they are not responding to emails and they have no contact phone number. Will be reporting them. Stay far far away

Our order was received by JerseyHpuse on January 11, 2023 and this is March 15 and still not here. Sent two emails asking status and no reply. Beginning to wonder if I’ve been ripped off. Very upset grandson as it did not arrive for his birthday. 😖

After posting this review I finally heard back from Jersey House and the jersey finally arrived from China on March 21st. Certainly not within the 4 to 5 week promised window but nice now that it’s finally here.

Jersey House was very quick and efficient to exchange my order from overseas… I highly recommend purchasing from Jersey House as they are a very well organised company …
