Hatte 20 Euro einbezahlt weil es wiedermal 200% Bonus hatte, welchen Sie in ihren Casinos fast wöchentlich mittlerweile haben, seit es eine Gewinnlimite von x10 Bonusbetrag gibt.
Durch ein Versehen hab ich in einem Slot ausversehen in 1 Spin 6 Euro statt 60 cent eingesetzt. Dieses Casino hat leider die Software so konfiguriert dass ein höherer als maximal erlaubter Einsatz bei Bonusgeld nicht blockiert wird und da war für mich klar das es keinen Sinn macht weiterzuspielen, selbst wenn der Spin 0.0 Gewinn machte würde man sich ja eh beim Auszahlen auf diesen Spin berufen und stornieren. also stornierte ich den Bonus bei ca 65 Euro.
ich hatte das abgehakt und wenig später nach dem Abbruch etwas mehr als 20 Euro bei Echtgeld, wobei ich da einen Bug vermute weil wenn man 20 Euro einzahlt + 40 Bonus bekommt, hat man 0 Euro echtgeld + 60 bei Bonusgeld.
Wie auch immer, hab mit diesem Guthaben in einem Endorphina Slot 500x Multiplikator gehabt und daraufhin am Ende 500 Euro ausgezahlt.
Nach erster Ablehnung weil noch eine Kreditkarte Verifikation fehlte war die nächste mit Zahlung auf Kreditkarte nicht erfolgreich. Im dritten Anlauf mit Auszahlung auf deutsche Iban klappte es dann in unter 24h per Echtzeitüberweisung

Massive Verzögerungen bei der Auszahlung!!!
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von der Dauer der Auszahlungen. Es dauert Tage, bis überhaupt etwas passiert. Es wirkt fast so, als würde man die Auszahlung absichtlich hinauszögern, in der Hoffnung, dass man das Geld wieder verspielt. Kundenservice vertröstet einen nur. Nicht zu empfehlen, wenn man sein Geld zeitnah haben möchte. Mittlerweile sind 3 Tage vergangen und die Auszahlung ist immer noch nicht bearbeitet. Es gibt keinen Grund für diese Verzögerung, außer den Spieler warten zu lassen. Sehr enttäuschend

I was never advised in the past that you can only win up to x10 amount of the cashback you receive although it was a bit of a blow I was still able to withdraw $2000 so I requested requested the withdrawal. This withdrawal request was two days ago and as I am writing this it is still sitting in a reserve status. I have reached out to support chat who just give me the same generic response have emailed my “vip manager” and it’s been a day and still no response. Really hoping that the withdrawal is processed within the mentioned timeframe of 72 hours. Quite disappointing experience overall.

$4000 withdrawal issue
I am extremely disappointed with Jet4Bet Casino’s handling of my withdrawal.
I requested a $4,000 withdrawal, however the wrong BSB number was entered (the account number was correct). I immediately contacted my bank (ANZ), who confirmed that the payment would be automatically rejected and returned.
Since then:
• I have contacted Jet4Bet live chat multiple times
• Support has been minimal and unhelpful
• I have emailed Jet4Bet explaining the issue and received no response at all
• There has been no confirmation of the rejected payment or when my money will be returned
My bank has confirmed the funds cannot settle and have been rejected, yet Jet4Bet has provided no transaction status, no proof, and no clear timeline. Waiting days with no communication over $4,000 is extremely stressful and unacceptable.
All I am asking for is:
• Confirmation that the payment was rejected
• Proof of transaction status
• A clear timeframe for my funds to be returned
The lack of transparency and customer support has been very disappointing. I would not recommend Jet4Bet based on this experience
