I meet with Justin four times a week. I've known him for years and he's helped a lot. If you're dedicated and make sure to keep up with it, he'll make sure you reach your goals! I went from being thin to putting on lots of muscle
I met Justin playing soccer and I always admired the way he was concentrated in the game and didn’t let any of the « complainers » get inside his head. I’m one of the older players and I felt that I needed to get stronger physically to keep up with the young guys. I’m very happy I trained with him. He made me realize that taking care of your body and staying in basic shape should be a priority. I still use his training tips on a daily basis for strengthening and to prevent sports injuries.

I went through a slump in life a few years ago and i had gained a lot of weight. Justin was the first trainer i ever went to and what an incredible experience, he taught me so much about fitness! A great mix of cardio and weight lifting. Im grateful for the knowledge and experience.
