Ordered Sunday night with delivery for Wednesday, was delivered early on Tuesday so great quick service! Lovely product (Opal stud earrings) reasonable price and perfect for wedding I’m going to this weekend.
I just wanted to write a review to thank Menny Cohen for his five-star customer service! I received a piece of JewelCo jewelry as a birthday gift from my sister, but it was the wrong size. I didn't have a receipt or anything, so I just emailed the customer service contact, and Menny got back to me right away and said he was happy to exchange it for me! With Christmas being just around the corner, I didn't expect to get the replacement very quickly, but Menny stayed in contact the whole time, and shipped my package super quickly. I mailed the original on Wednesday afternoon, and I had the replacement in my hands by Saturday! The new one is perfect, thank you Menny!
I bought my daughter a beautiful sterling silver and onyx clover bracelet from JewelCo last December for her 21st birthday, last week it broke. I emailed JewelCo and had a response within minutes, I was advised I could return the bracelet for inspection and possible replacement or repair.
I sent the bracelet back to JewelCo on Tuesday 28th October, on Thursday I received a message saying unfortunately the same bracelet was out of stock for replacement, I could have a larger clover replacement or have the original repaired.. I chose the repair.
Today my daughter received her bracelet back as good as new, it has only taken 3 days and with wonderful friendly and empathetic communication throughout.
I cannot thank them enough!!

After having an issue with a ring purchased I was able to return straight away and a replacement was sent out and received within 2 days.
Absolutely first class customer service
Couldn’t be more of a helpful company instantly replied to emails go above onto ensure you’re getting exactly what you need. Nothing just too much effort. I would highly recommend.
ordered a necklace came in a few days which is decent but quality is bad paid £65 for a 925 silver chain and pendant honestly feels like a piece of tin should've done research before buying
Dont go here i bought a 7euro lighter and got charged 55euros more in the following months. I told the to cancel any subscriptions but still in the next month they charged me again.
I'd like to say that I did get my order Wednesday May 14, 2025. I like the product but the smell wears off in a couple of hours. They just tried to charged me close to $50 in Canadian dollars (tonight at 11pm)but luckily my bank caught this and sent me a text message and it came up as fraudulent charges. I paid $1 for it but came in the bank for $4 almost $5.
Ordered an expensive bracelet that looked amazing online, it arrived all scratched and the box was damaged.. customer service line was helpful but when you pay a lot for a bracelet it should come in good condition at least, bracelet looked worn and roughed. Will think twice about ordering again :/
I ordered a baby bracelet through Debenhams who sell/ship on behalf of JewelCo London and on the advert there was contact details to enquire about engravings on jewellery etc, so I contacted the company directly via WhatsApp with my order number and asked about the jewellery engraving. I was told the engraving couldn’t be don’t because I had ordered it via a 3rd party which didn’t bother me as I could take it into my local jewellers to be engraved. Over the course of 2 days the company was messaging me essentially telling me to cancel my order with the 3rd party and to re-order it with them directly so I could get the free engraving, I didn’t want to do this as I had used ClearPay with the 3rd party seller and JewelCo doesn’t accept clearpay on their website so I ignored the messages as my order had been placed and confirmed. I’ve now woken up 2 days later to emails from the 3rd party stating my order has been cancelled for unknown reasons. At the same time my order has been randomly cancelled, I’ve received messages again from JewelCo with photos of the bracelet and the engraving on it as a sample, I responded to JewelCo that my order with the 3rd party had been cancelled and I needed to find out why, only for JewelCo to tell me they’ve taken it upon them self to cancel my order as they didn’t want to “accidentally” send out 2 bracelets because they thought I was going to order it again with them, no where at all during my correspondence with JewelCo did I state that I was going to cancel my order with the 3rd party and reorder it direct with them, no where did I ask them to amend or even look at my order, I was simply enquiring. After I found out that JewelCo cancelled my order I’ve been communicating with them via WhatsApp’s to get some answers and they’ve not even offered to rectify the issue nor have they even apologised for taking it upon themself to interfere with my order, all they’ve done is tell me how they were concerned about this and that and the fact they haven’t even acknowledged my concern or offered to apologise has made me reconsider ever purchasing anything from this company ever again. If you buy anything with this company tread carefully and ensure you’ve got all your receipts and proof of payment. I’ve also got the screenshots of the correspondence between myself and JewelCo that I’d be happy to upload.
Bought a pendant, Jewelco sent it via Royal Mail who lied for 4 days about me not being in to take delivery, and weren't contactable. I called Jewelco to ask for help. While I was on the call, Royal Mail sent a photo of proof of delivery - to the wrong address. The man at Jewelco and I spoke like human beings about how to sort this out, which included what could be done about getting me the same item in time for Christmas if it wasn't possible for me to get hold of the package.
Jewelco were happy to send me a replacement there and then, but I wanted to keep things simple, and go round to the other address.
The person handed over the package immediately.
The pendant itself is as described, but the customer service was unusually excellent. Would definitely buy from them again.

I ordered a men's garnet ring. Jewelco noticed an issue with the stone and replaced it before sending. They kept the lines of communication open, and the ring was only delayed one day. It arrived absolutely beautiful and perfect!

Very over priced my ring weighs 5 grams with the stones so only has around 50 pounds worth of gold and 230 worth of qz I bought the trilogy gypsy style ring nice looking but very light and over priced think I should be refunded back what I’m owed as well under weight for that price
Really beautiful puzzle ring 9ct gold size v.
Took 5 weeks to make for me and deliver, well worth the wait. I would 100% buy from them again. Sent by royal mail special delivery as well. Very impressive

Terrible company….waiting 7 days for my ring to be dispatched being told it would be shipped and still hadn’t after 7 days! Then they refunded me without even giving me a reason!?! What other company would even do such a thing?? Never again don’t waste your money with this place…
I brought a dad ring wich is a lovley ring. I was looking forward to getting it as invested over 450 quid for..stated 8 grams of gold..I weighed it didn't even weigh 6 grams was fully gutted..there unprofessional not even weighed before sent..got a partial refund but really disappointing unprofessional and tried to rip me off 2 grams of gold I'm glad I weighed it. I wouldn't buy of these again..I believe there unprofessional..it is a nice ring tho but any professional jewelers woundnt under cut u that much gold. Scott
I have been looking for an eternity ring to sit right with my engagement ring, which has a high setting for ages, and nothing was quite right. Then I found JewelCo London.
They had a lovely channel set wishbone ring (like my wedding ring) that was perfect, just not in my size. So I sent off a hopeful email, and got a reply the same day.
Menny was so helpful, and offered to have one altered, which would take a couple of days longer, which was fine.
Not only did it arrive in a flash, it was absolutely perfect! I LOVE it.
