This place is a true GEM! I was on the hunt for some heart earrings to go with my necklace. I searched google and INSTANTLY found the winners. The price was just right (retailing at $1,800 and costing just under $800) I had to purchase them threw the layway program as I have major credit card problems at the moment. They did take a little while to get here but I know it was just bad timming due to the snow storms up north (im in Florida). They overnighted me the earrings and made sure to have signed for (big problem with people stealing left packages at homes down here). I LOVE these. they are not too small and not to big. PERFECT for a petite young lady like my self! After wearing them for 5 hours i had a hand full of compliments..

I understand that not everyone is going to have the best views or even the same views. BUT PERSONALLY for me, other then the weather conditions.. I have no complaints!

I decided to order from them because of the price, and after all the 'hints' my girlfriend had given me about what type of ring she likes and what she does not, I thought I had found a design that matches close to her expectation. It was something big for me, to order the ring online, as I have never done so before, specially a large and such important purchase as this.
I talked with the company twice and I went ahead with the order. Thing went smooth, Now my main concern was will she like it. The ring was with me, and I proposed to her. To my much relief, she loves the ring, only the ring size I had ordered was too small. So she wore the ring on her pinky finger the whole night. Next day I called the company back, if they can resize it, and it was not a problem. We got the ring back, and everything went ok.

Please be VERY careful dealing with this company. The way they handle things is very unprofessional. You'll see below you many positive reviews but you can be sure those have been planted by the company itself. After my own situation with JewelOcean I did an extensive web search and saw the same thing over and over: false positive reviews and here and there real complaints from real customers.

I ordered a necklace early January this year. After over two weeks of silence from the company (no shipping receipt, no UPS tracking number, etc) I had to personally call them to ask what was up. Turns out they hadn't even shipped it because of "bad weather". Later I get an email saying according to USPS my package has been lost. I called again and asked for an explanation, and they said "according to my tracking number, the package is untraceable). I ask for the tracking number to check myself, and the guy gets audibly flustered and starts snapping back at me, changing his story to "USPS never shipped your package so there is no tracking number". Everything about this company is super super sketchy, from the Indian guy who always seems to answer my phone calls to the unprofessional emails they send, to the generic positive reviews they seem to get on every site. Just don't order from them, please. Trust me.

PS. I never ended up getting that necklace. There goes a planned birthday present.

When my husband decided that the time was correct for our rings upgrade, we went back to this company. We had purchased the engagement ring from them about 1 year ago and we used them again to upgrade the center diamond. I am very happy with their services again. If we decide to upgrade my ring again in the future, i will contact them again for prices.

My fiancee ordered this year ring of this website. Ring was around 500 dollars which is really affordable. Reviews of ring on their website were really good so my fiancee decided and ordered it. It took almost 2 months to got ring. They always had some explanation and apologies. When ring arrived there was little bug on a ring. It supposed to be two holes just under the diamonds when one was drilled and another one wasn't so i had to went to jeweler and fixed it coz it was so obvious. After that all was grand till in few weeks one of the diamonds didn't fall off the ring. Luckily i had so much luck and found it so i have to go and fix it again. So ever since i recieved ring it's second time. So quality after two months waiting for it doesn't look a greatest... I don't think i would ever order anything of them.
