Use to be a great company but this year scammed?
I ordered 2 bath bombs and candle with rings on December 11.
They said here before Christmas. You had to order before 14th for Christmas delivery. 7 business days.
I hadn’t gotten tracking number so emailed them a few times.
I got a generic email saying lits of orders due to blk friday. It will be there.
I emailed again several times and when I threatened to get a refund got a tracking number last Saturday the 21 st.
Well it’s almost the 28th and no package.
And I have checked frequently and usps says still waiting for packages.
It doesn’t take a week to move packages!
I called their phone number and mailbox is full. Imagine that. I paid through paypal so we’ll see what happens.
I see other posts of before thanksgiving of this happening so think something is not right.
I have ordered from them before and no issues.
I think their company is done for now.
I hope I get my money back.
Vety stressful.
