Terrible post sale customer service
Jigsaw finance have excellent communication and customer service during the purchasing process. However, if you have any after sales issue, you will never get hold of anybody. The phone lines for complaints is just an answer machine, despite me leaving multiple messages nobody has ever returned my calls. I first emailed with a complaint in November 2025, by February this has not been responded to. I emailed again in February 2026 (after countless voicemails left). Someone did reply to tell me that my issue had been resolved - the issue hasn't been resolved and I am yet to have a response to my follow up email. There is absolutely no consideration for customers once the deals have been set up.
The finance I have in place is with a company who also have TERRIBLE post sales customer service and my issue with the finance company has now been escalated to the Ombudsman.

Down to earth professional service…
Down to earth professional service which enabled me to achieve the loan that I wanted on the best possible terms. I was guided every step of the way by Keiren who knew exactly what it was I wanted and went out of his way to help me find it. This is the second time I have had Jigsaw help me and I would not hesitate to advise my family and friends to use them.

Everything went very well. I’m extremely happy with my prices. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was extremely polite & quick. I was able to speak to everyone like they were my friend & everyone also understood it’s an exciting time and said enjoy or something along the lines. Great & useful staff. I’m extremely pleased with everyone.
