Outstanding service and a smooth finance process
I recently got a new car finance deal with the help of Andy Gibson and the process was unbelievably quick. He goes above and beyond to get the best deal and ensure everything is put in place, with constant support throughout.
I’ve never used a company that is so thorough with their security checks, which really made me feel at ease and confident that I was being properly looked after.
I’d happily use Jigsaw and Andy again in the future. A 10/10 experience overall and highly recommended.

Just brilliant
The Costomer sevice was 10out of 10, not like these other companies ive used in the past, i would fully advise anyone to go with them, i dont no about anyone else's experience i know about mine and my friend told me to go with them and im happy i did, and when i called back to find out whats going on, straight away i got all the answers i needed and everything was sorted i never come on here to say no lies just the truth big thank you to the whole team, il defo be back

Very Good
The review relates to car finance.
I have spoken to many car finance brokers over the years and without question Jigsaw have been the best by far.
What makes them different you ask? For a start they answer the phone straightaway. You then speak to someone who sees the process through for you from start to finish. In my case, I had the good fortune to have had my application taken and processed by Ceri. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, identified a suitable lender and ensured multiple hard searches weren’t recorded. All at the right price point and with a competitive interest rate. A service like this comes from experience and by getting to know your client and lenders.
I then had a few things to follow up and wasn’t passed from pillar to post or fobbed off when Ceri wasn’t available. Two different people immediately helped me with some queries despite being in different departments. That’s service for you.
The litmus test is always how a negative situation is handled and hopefully I won’t be exposed to that.
However, as we all know, if you’re looking for car finance there are a lot of options and choices for the consumer. Make Jigsaw yours.

Very easy process
Apply for finance, find out the criteria,search for what you need.Once found one contact to see if ok.If it is contact dealer for a test drive etc and if taking it contact them to pay and arrange to pick it up. I was told it might take a day or so for the paperwork. Was only a hour or so. Gives me time to sort the insurance and tax out anyway. Collecting friday. All in all a quick and easy process, Very happy with it all
