It is very easy to navigate the website and place your order. I received my jigsaws very quickly and they were very well packaged. The Courier service similarly could not be faulted.
Parcel was as described, and of good quality. Well packed , so jigsaw box wasn’t crushed. Was kept informed of delivery, which was quick and efficient. Jigsaw arrived two days after ordering

Be aware of VAT and additional charges outside UK
Great selection of Wasgij at good prices, good communication, speedy delivery. Would recommend highly for UK customers. However, I'm in Ireland and delivery for 3 jigsaws was €17.95 which was okay. However, there was an additional VAT charge and delivery charge of €22. So each jigsaw listed as €17.95 in the shop ended up costing me in excess of €31 per jigsaw. Product and service really good. But be wary of additional charges for buying from outside UK

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you were not happy with the additional charges. Our website does explain that any customs fees are not included in our delivery charge, but I appreciate that this is not always considered when ordering from outside of the UK.

Great selection of jigsaws.
Great selection of jigsaws all very reasonably priced. Delivery was quick and at reasonable cost. I have used the company on numerous occasions and have never had any reason to complain.
