Ones a birthday present and one's for me.

Easy to use website. Prompt delivery. Polite and cheery driver who gave me time to get to the door.

Although I wasn't at home when the delivery was made the parcel was put in my safe place

You chose to send my jigsaws with Evri, a company whose delivery people are not reliable. Because I live up 2 flights of stairs with no lift they don,t deliver to my door. Recently they left them in an outside cupboard which is used for the recycling. It is never locked and anyone can go in and take whatever they like, they could take my parcels and I would not know . I am in the middle of a complaints procedure with Evri and DPD at the moment. I also have health problems and I do not want to have to go up and down the stairs when I do not need to, especially when delivery people do not want to do their job properly . Another factor is they don,t even bother to ring my bell because they know they are leaving my parcels in the wrong place which is not at my front door !

I bought this jigsaw for my mother who is very fond of doing jigsaws during colder months. Ravensburger pieces are thick and well cut. This is what she likes. My mother is 89 and very good at jisaws!

However, the box arrived damaged and was unacceptable as a gift for my Grandson's birthday. Jigsaw puzzle direct immediately sent a replacement and asked me to donate the damaged boxed one to be charity shop.

The ordering and delivery were fine but ordered 4 puzzles and two of them had one piece missing I am 85yrs old and my jigsaws are always on my board not moved can only think they were not in there in the first place never had this problem before do not know how to send for new pieces so will be careful about ordering any more the two puzzles were Rest and relaxation Our Man shed two great puzzles

Always had really good service, they keep you updated throughout the process. The puzzles are packed really well, customer service excellent.

Very helpful and polite ladies at Customer Services. I always phone now to order my puzzles. Great puzzles, just wish that there were more 250/300 large piece puzzles to choose from.
My one gripe is that you have increased the amount that would allow free postage from £50 to £40. I find it difficult to get to that amount every time that I order.
