DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON JIL SANDER - THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS

I bought a special present for my wife from Jil Sander as they pride themselves on high quality products and service.

The product purchased has always been well cared for and stored carefully. Unfortunately the product was defective after minimal use.

Before approaching Jil Sander, I contacted the retailer where the product had been purchased. They advised that as it was slightly more than one year old, I would need to liaise with Jil Sander.

The customer service from Jil Sander is disgusting. They have taken absolutely no responsibility and have refused to give me details of a director so that I can discuss the matter with them. They have ignored this request.

They are clearly not interested in any standard of customer service, other than that of a poor quality. This is apparent from the lack of comments or concern to the Trustpilot reviews.

They have thanked me for my understanding when I do not understand why the refuse to help me.

There are plenty of other high end product manufacturers who you should strongly consider before going anywhere near Jil Sander.

Bad Craftsmanship bad client service

I purchased a pair of Jil Sander ballerinas for €790 from Luisaviaroma, expecting premium quality given the price point and the reputation of the brand. Unfortunately, after only three uses, the leather at the back of the shoes began to flake and peel. This kind of deterioration is unacceptable for a product in this price range and clearly reflects poor craftsmanship.

When I contacted Luisaviaroma’s customer service, they reached out to the brand and came back with a disappointing response: that the damage was due to usage and not a manufacturing issue. In other words, they considered it "normal" that a pair of €790 shoes would start to fall apart after three wears.

After following up again, I was asked to send the shoes back for further inspection. However, since I had continued to wear them in the meantime (as they are shoes, after all), the condition worsened—something I had clearly stated from the beginning.

In the end, no concrete solution or gesture of goodwill was offered. I’m extremely disappointed both by the product’s poor quality and by the lack of accountability from Luisaviaroma. Luxury items should live up to the standard they promise. Sadly, in this case, neither the product nor the service delivered.

Sac Goji défectueux

J’ai acheté le sac Goji. Cependant, après l’avoir porté 2 fois, je me suis rendue compte que le sac avait un défaut (la structure se détachait et une vis s’enlevait). Je suis donc allée à la boutique Paris Montaigne où ils ont bien constaté le défaut. Étant donné que j’avais acheté le sac sur un site en ligne, ils m’ont dit de voir directement avec le SAV du site. Le SAV du site me dit de voir avec la marque. Je suis donc retournée à la boutique, ils m’ont proposé de faire une demande d’expertise chez un cordonnier. Après expertise et possible réparation, ils me demandent de payer la réparation sur un sac quasi neuf. Tout le monde se dédouane alors que le défaut est bien constaté en boutique par plus de 3 vendeurs et en comparaison à des sacs en exposition! Une perte de temps pour finir avec mon sac défectueux !! Je ne recommande absolument pas la marque Jil Sander, le service après vente et la qualité des produits sont déplorables pour ces prix !! C’est honteux pour une marque de luxe !!

Awful condition of my order

Awful condition of my order! Received my shoes in condition like someone was wearing them already not ones! This is not the first time I see problems with items in this brand! I like so much how it looks like, but 50% of my orders, which were made in different stores and countries we’re having defects! And I have a photo of each one of those, so I can prove that Jil Sander sells to the clients very often defected bags and shoes! I’m still waiting refund for my order made through the 24S platform and shipped by you as well!

the sole is completely scratched! Even the paper in the box seems old and like someone made pee on it! So this is what I have received from famous Jil Sander boutique..

Worst company to work for EVER!!!!!!

Worst company to work for EVER!!!!!!! Insanely rude and incompetent HR team. Area manager is never present. No support from the people above you and the pay is awful and they cut commission recently AND not even enough uniform to cover the days you work. Horrendous. They don’t deserve the one star. 🤢

The costumer service is horrible! They had to refund me the money and after 1 month I didn’t see anything! They reply I just saying we have asked to our colleagues and nothing!

Absolutely the worst customer service I…

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a luxury brand. They sat on my cash for over five months, failed to send products. They never respond in a timely manner and then also eventually sent me the wrong item. Do not shop with their online store
