Total garbage. Sure seems like a nice convenient application and even works well. What doesn't work well is Jim's regulation of your funds once in their custody. They should be clear from the start, you have zero access to cash and the restrictions on where you can spend your own money are ludicrous. You cannot pay peer to peer. No PayPal, cashapp. Totally useless app once you get paid through Jim and realize you can't even use your money to do anything but pay for gas or some food.

The processing fee is great and your funds are immediately available in your Jim account. They say transfers are instant but they are not! It takes 1-3 business days to transfer it to your bank account. You can put it on your Jim card but then you can’t use that card anywhere. You can’t withdraw cash at an atm, you can’t connect your Jim card to PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App. You can’t withdraw add it to Apple Pay but can’t put the funds on Apple Cash or use it to send money to a friend using Apple Pay. The use of the Jim card to access your funds is severely limited. I fell like they are misleading you when they say your funds can be transferred immediately. And what kind of payment processing service offers a prepaid debit card that can’t be used at an ATM! I’m completely disappointed and will not use Jim any longer!!

I have perfect credit Etc.
If I am alredy having problems, I can just imagine what a nigthmare they will be if I did have issues down the road.
