Do not buy the realistic nicco puppy from Jumois. My mom wanted a realistic puppy that she could cuddle and it feels like a real dog. I’m her payee and she said she did her research so I ordered the puppy for her. It is nowhere near what was advertised. I even went back to look and everything that they are advertising is not at all what the puppy looks like for one it’s hard as a rock. The bark doesn’t sound anywhere near like a real dog bark the thing is poorly made, and should not cost over $50 with shipping. This toy is something that looks like it was made for the dollar store for you to buy. On the website they say if you don’t like it, you can return it within 14 days and you are responsible for shipping but what they don’t tell you is that you have to ship it back to China and I live in Virginia and the cost to ship this puppy back that doesn’t hardly weigh anything would be $210 estimated but yet it was sent to me from California and all they are offering me back is $18 or that I can send the puppy back and get her full refund but it is not worth it to send a puppy back that cost me a little over $50 when shipping is gonna cost me $210. I have been going back-and-forth with someone in an email who is zero help and these people should not be in business, lesson learned I’ll never order anything from these people and I’ll stick to Amazon purchases from now on.

I bought realistic robot puppy as in the advert looked really nice would be good for the kid. The product i have got was rediculous cheap like a plastic toy. in the box didnt have any instruction for it. I email to refund it, they said within 5-6days. but i didn't hear anything from their company. i think this is scammer.

Fake e-store. Selling scam products that are falsely advertised via AI generated advertisements.

This company is a scam I ordered the German robotic dog from this company unfortunately when it came it was nothing like their advert . It was supposed to be realistic in their advert it looked and acted just like a living dog . However in reality it is a very cheap toy with fur material which looks cheap and not fluffy or dog like . After writing several emails using their own information these emails all failed to be delivered the same for their telephone number apparently it is not a recognised number . The upshot is this company are scamming customers with false advertising on Facebook while offering a returns policy which does not materialise when needed by the customer . Buyer beware don’t buy from this company
