DON'T BUY JISULIFE

DON'T BUY JISULIFE. Read all the review online and you know the problem. E1, E2, E3, .... E6 ... all the various Error problems that sometimes cannot be fixed. They should recall all products and replace a new one but if your warranty is over, they asked you to THROW AWAY.

The worst company ever. 2 weeks shipping from China?

i would give zero, to best describe my experience with this company.
In February I ordered 2 handheld fans on Amazon as a gift. Fast forward to last week, I wanted to order one fan for myself, Amazon was sold out, so i went to Jisulife.com.
I placed the order on 6/22 and a few days later received a notification by e mail about shipping.
Shocker, the fan is coming from China. I called customer service, after holding for several minutes each time, i was disconnected 8 times. Sent e mail to customer service and received response, but no answer to my question WHY it was not anywhere writen it took 2 TWO weeks to get the item by mail and no response what shipper will be delivering once in the US.
Another shocker, today 6/26 i just received a call from customer service in response to my call on 6/24.
No supervisor available, shipping takes 15 days if you order from Jisulife.com directly.
So no customer service to contact, 15 days shipping, no info who delivers in the US (could be USPS, could be Fedex)
Under no circumstances would I recommend this company, even though i liked the product. They are incompetent, give no information and 2 weeks to get a fan is unacceptable. Why is it taking 2 weeks? There was NO indication about shipping time when purchase was made. I would never have places the order.
DO NOT bother if you want to avoid aggrevation.

After various issues with the Jisulife…

After various issues with the Jisulife Ultra MK 1 handheld fan, I then discovered there is now a MK 2 version....I suggested as a goodwill gesture, the possibility of purchasing the Ultra MK 2 fan with a 50% discount which was agreed and I made the purchase..... The MK 1 fan was pristine and came in a shrink wrapped box.....The MK 2 came in a non shrink wrapped box which Jisulife assured me was nothing to worry about as I prefer a sealed box as it shows the goods haven't been tampered with..... Having tried the fan, it was completely dead apart from showing battery status, but no motor activity at all....This is either because I was sent a faulty used fan or there is a reliability issue....I persevered for over 30 mins but no joy, just a dead fan which I have now disposed of..... I also discovered purely by chance, the Ultra MK 2's motor maximum rpm is 43,000, which is 30,000 rpm less than the MK 1 Which is a substantial difference....I also see the air output is less than that of the MK 1....Another thing I must point out is when plugged into an external power supply, these fans will only operate at 1% fan speed, which is no good for those who want to run it at home using an external power supply.....Also, unless you have pin sharp vision, you will find the display hard to read clearly...It looks a lot easier to read in the photos on the Jisulife website.... These are things that must be considered when looking to make a purchase.....
Unbelievable update..
I posted an honest and factually correct review on the Jisulife website and discovered they took it down....Why have a platform that allows honest reviews if they are removed!!
