Did Ultherapy and Fraxelated laser. I am very happy with their guidance and the work done. With a short amount of time in Korea they saved me a lot of time it would have taken me to discover clinics that were previously unknown to me. Clinics that specialize specifically in what I wanted. I was very concerned that they use authentic Ulthera and not a Korean knock off. They allowed me to take a photo of the machine and verify the numbers of the disposable tips. What a relief! They even gave me the required stickers with serial numbers matching the tips. It’s refreshing that they are up front with their prices no surprises but the insight they provide is of most value to me.

I had a great experience using Jivaka Beauty. Their response is very fast and very helpful. They speak English so that the communication is much easier and smooth. I will come back again next time when I travel Korea.

Good site and delivers the service promise

It was great I did lip fillers and the outcome is kinda what I wanted I should have done it s bit earlier so that I could have gotten s touch up but other than. That it was great. The English translator was the best she was so kind and helpful

Easy booking process and access to support for cancellatons/change in appointments. Ppeum does not really speak english hence was good to access them via Jivaka! During treatment, i also had a chinese translator - beneficial for a Singaporean! Smooth process altogether!

Jivaka Care is definitely a good choice if you are going Korea! They give honest feedback based on your skin condition and recommend the best treatment for you. Unlikely some clinics that recommend based on price, this is not the case for Jivaka Care. The clinic that I went is Bioface.

Fuss free and easy to use service. Really helps those who are keen to have procedures done in Korea but unable to speak the language.

Came to Jivaka Care in May. Did uthera treatment. Very comfortable to have a English translator and like their service there! Will come back to them as often as I can.

I can say with absolute certainty that if it was not for Jivaka Care, I would not have been able to get my double eyelid surgery done. They were able to connect me with Dr. Kim from 1mm Plastic Surgery who did an excellent job on the procedure. Acting as the middleman between me and the clinic, Jivaka Care was very accommodating and made the entire process possible given the short time frame I gave them. The online consultations that Jivaka set up provided a lot of clarity and gave me the confidence to go through with the surgery.

As for the procedure itself, I am extremely happy with the results and definitely would recommend Jivaka Care to anyone looking to get similar procedures.

Did ultherapy and oasis treatment as Bioface. They had arranged a chinese speaking translator for me and she was really helpful throughout, definitely felt at ease with her since I was alone! The treatment was great, oasis therapy really did plump up my skin, giving the glow i never had before. Ever since I saw the results from Oasis i’ve been searching if my own country has that treatment(it doesnt). Still awaiting ultherapy result since its gonna take 3 weeks minimum and i’m only 1 week past now. Highly recommended! Would definitely visit again when i’m back in Seoul and recommend to my friends

Jivaka connected me with Dr. Cha, a very talented surgeon who speaks perfect English and seems to really care about his clients. Since setting up our video consultation, Jivaka has also helped me secure the surgery date with my doctor and complete the required pre-surgery steps. Would definitely recommend their services.
