Posting this review after my worst digital marketing experience with V Media | J&J Digitals, over-promised and undelivered. Above all, the thing that hurt me most was they never even tried to contact and compensate the situation. Not recommended at all.

These guys are the real deal. In the past, I’ve had nothing but disappointing experiences with other web developers. J & J Digital delivered on all fronts - they listened carefully to what I described, they respond promptly or in a reasonable amount of time and they are affordable.

J&J digital built a website and marketing materials for our nonprofit ballroom dance club. Sannan was so patient and provided excellent customer service. They were fast with their work and made all the edits I requested, scheduled zoom meetings when it wasn’t possible to explain what I wanted over email, and really tried to follow my ideas. They even made a little instruction video teaching me how to edit the website myself after completion, making it easy for anyone on my board to help with website management. I would highly recommend working with them!

Sannon and his partner from J&J digital are patient, professional, supportive, creative, artistic, affordable, articulate and talented website and logo designers. If it weren’t for my busy schedule they would have had my site done in less than a week I feel. But I wasn’t able to focus solely on the back and forth on changes and such. But sannon was/is so respectful of my busy schedule which made the process so much easier for me. I know from experience from previous web designers who have hounded me and blown up my phone to get me to check their work and Sannon did the opposite. Told me to take my time and when I was ready to let him know. That in and of itself as a mother of 3 and a small business owner made this process a lot better and less stressful. Life is stressful enough as it is without being rushed through a big part of your company’s image

I am so so happy with my new website and business cards. Sannon really listened to me when I explained the ins and outs of my very unique breed of cats (Sphynx, Bambinos and elfs). He really did the research and made sure that all of my changes or suggested were heard with no annoyance or frustration. He showed me nothing but respect and patience when I felt like I was being so picky and difficult. I never felt like a burden or disliked.
My overall experience with this team was 10 out of 5. Will definitely be recommending to any and all friends and family in the future in need of their expertise. And highly recommend whoever reads this to hire these guys!

It all started earlier this year. I had a serious problem with my existing website. I reached out to a few companies. Then, I signed up with a company based in Los Angeles (the first who contacted me). J&J Digital was second. I explained to J&J Digital that I already work with somebody else. They understood and told me if I needed help, they would do it for me. After more than three weeks, the LA company could not solve my problem.

I contacted J&J Digital again, and they solved my problem within 24 hours. In the meantime, they redesigned my website and worked on my Mailchimp. I can ask them for a favor, and they do it.
I couldn’t be happier with their service. As an engineer, I like things to be perfect. As an engineer, I highly recommend J&J Digital.
