After being involved in a non-fault accident, I contacted JJK within a few hours, and they provided prompt and helpful advice. They took care of everything from start to finish,my car was repaired and returned to me in less than a week from the date of the accident. They also arranged a hire car for me while mine was being fixed.

I was genuinely impressed by how quick and straightforward the whole process was. I would highly recommend JJK to anyone.

Rubbish peoples for this service.I asked to check the car if it’s fit to drive on road.Instead of checking the car they simply refused to give any information or help in this matter.They are useless

I needed an independent engineers assesment of my 1992 Nissan Micra, and the serive provided to me was expert, adaptive and communicative.

They went into great detail to find comparative vehicles, which was fantastic.

Joe & Vicky have been such help, I reached out uncertain and lost. They helped me understand and toke care of everything. Corrected every mistake taken previously by other companies. These guys are Angels in the form of Motor Assessors.

Engineer was very helpful and efficient

It should be noted that Joe was working on behalf of an insurance company and not for me personally.
He arrived at the arranged time and inspected my car asking relevant questions. Only took fifteen minutes or so. Efficiently done and completed.

Joe helped me greatly in my claim (against Motorpoint) via the Motor Ombudsman to get a full refund (less mileage) on a car that I purchased (which I subsequently found out had been involved in an accident and needed c£5,000 of repairs to fix). He gave me a quick appointment and a detailed independent vehicle assessment report (at a reasonable cost). His knowledge & customer service were second to none and I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for this type of work/report.

I was keen to retain my car but he assessed the damage from images along with the estimated repair cost and was able, with sufficient explanation. to provide me with the assurance I needed that a repair would not be in my best interests. He as also able to comment on the appropriateness of the settlement offered by my insurers as being fair and reasonable. I could not have asked for a more professional and expert service.
