I wanted a couple of nice pieces of artwork for my room i display all my 1:18 model cars in. I received a couple today and they are really smart. Great quality and unique. Communication with the team has been good. I've ordered a couple more to finish my room off. Another happy customer 👍

Great quality, great service
Had a slight issue with a few marks on the print, think it happened during transport. Josh was very quick and helpful in sorting it out for me. Not my first order…quality is great and service is amazing.

poor customer service
I ordered three prints as a Christmas present for my mum, when they arrived one of the three prints was not to the standard that i had hoped, when ordering there is no option to preview your print. I emailed JJ prints as it says on their website that if you are not 100% happy for any reason they will fix. I got an email back from them saying that it is in their t&c's that if you want your picture checked to email them 1st, this is not obvious when ordering. I emailed them back as it does state on their page about the 100% guarantee, to this i have had no reply. i feel quite disappointed as like I say this is a Christmas present, the picture is of my Mum and her late husband on their wedding day. The other two prints are of great standard but feel let down by the lack of response and their false statement on their website.

Sorry we have not met your expectations on this occasion. As per our T's & C's page and on the personalised print product page we offer to check images prior to ordering. Unfortunately should that option not be used our create your own products are reliant on a good quality image and without that we sadly don't have control over the quality of the print.
