This makes the JK® system a very unique and desirable zero build-up, warm-water underfloor heating system, which can be installed into renovations, refurbishments, change of use projects or new-build projects. JK operates from seven locations in the UK covering the entire country from your local branch. Check our website for full branch details in your area.

JK Underfloor Heating - Spreading Warmth
I had JK Underfloor heating installed in my house in Reading back in 2017, and it was an excellent decision. I had the entire downstairs renovated, which included beautiful Amtico flooring. I was thrilled to get rid of the old carpets. My house was built in 1968 and did not have insulation in the slab, but the underfloor heating system significantly improved comfort compared to my previous radiator system. It provided all-around comfort that radiators cannot match.
Regarding cost, I did notice a significant drop but I also replaced my old boiler with a new high-efficiency Combi boiler, which worked great.
I currently live in Florida, where the ground is always warm, but if I were still living in the UK, I would not hesitate to install JK Underfloor heating in any house I might purchase.

HI Bill,
We appreciate the time you have taken to leave us a review.
You would have been one of the first customers that received the JK system. We were very much new to the UK back in 2017 so its great to hear one of our first customers getting in touch to provide their experience.
Thank you for providing specific details around the construction date of your home and insulation properties. It is our most commonly asked question and the biggest concern to homeowners that have older properties. so great to have feedback from you on how you found the system to perform.
Warm regards

Underfloor Heating Is Really Effective And Worth The Price .
I originally was just having my heating replaced and upon mentioning to my builder how I don' like the site of radiators in a home he suggested I go for under floor heating and recommended JK Flooring . We arranged a quote which I thought was reasonable even though it was more then I wanted to spend . I am so pleased because the 2 gents that carried out my work where very efficient and helpful carrying out the works . I am very pleased and impressed with the end product they installed .

The system is excellent
The system is excellent the guys doing the install were polite worked hard and did everything they could to do the best job. However they were let down by a tired machine, that whilst supposed to collect the dust, created a cloud throughout the house. They did their utmost to keep it controlled. I would though, if you are doing a big modernisation project, still recommend the system, and JK.

Hi Jenny,
Thank you for your time in leaving us with a review and for providing us with some valuable feedback.
Our equipment is designed to leave minimal mess as the vacuum is designed to absorb all the dust cuttings as the machine moves along. Like any electrical / mechanical piece of equipment we can have the occasional problem however and we indeed do our upmost to ensure that when an issue happens with a machine that we look at ensuring it is serviced as soon as possible.
Its unfortunate to hear that this problem occurred in your home however and we will investigate to find which machine was being used so it can indeed be looked into by the branch that served your installation.
Please do accept our apologies for the dust issue.
We really do appreciate how you have still recommended our services and product, despite this issue.
Warm regards

Hi Sue,
Many thanks for taking the time to leave us with a review and some comments based on your experience with us here at JK.
We appreciate that there can be a lot of information to take in from our quotations around what needs to be done before, during and after our installations.
We do state on Page 5 of our quotations under Section 4. Quotation Information & Scope of Works, what our quotation covers in terms of our work and what needs to be budgeted for separately.
A heating engineer is always required additionally from our services as any primary connections from our UFH manifold to a main gas boiler for example needs to be installed by a Gas Safe registered heating engineer. We provide this statement / comment to your review mainly for the purpose of anybody reading this review, so they can also be aware that it is an additional requirement should they be considering us for their UFH installation.
We are glad however that you were able to get a solution with your plumber to connect everything up.
Should you have any questions at all when you are due to start using the UFH, then please do get back in touch with your original sales contact and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Very happy with our installation. Initially we weren't going ahead as our builders and plumber were very dubious about the whole process, especially as a much lower cost than the route we were going to take. They have watched the process and are incredibly impressed. Having taped up our doors in preparation for the dust, it was the least dusty part to date of our building works. Thanks team, very impressive

Hi Helen,
Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with a review and for also rating our services so highly.
It is very much the case that our system can leave people with reason to doubt, but as a company who invented the in-ground UFH installation process, we now confidently offer this service across multiple European countries and are proud of our heritage which dates back to our original establishment in Ede, The Netherlands in 1994.
It’s fantastic to hear that your builder and heating engineer were impressed.
Seeing the process live and in person is always the best way to demonstrate exactly what we do and can put paid to most of the concerns of how people imagine our process of installation to be.
Thank you for the feedback in the dust disturbance. We have been working recently to improve elements of our machinery, with the focus on how we can increase performance of dust extraction during our installation process. To know that we were the least dusty part of your renovation is nice to hear.
Thank you once again for your review and valued custom.
Warm regards

Top Marks JK and Matthew
From beginning to end the service was smooth and seamless, apart from one minor hiccup 3 days prior to installation which was quickly resolved and had no impact on the UFH being installed. Matthew was great, very efficient, courteous and respectful of us and our home, with a can do attitude, exactly the kind of person you want working in your home. Top marks JK keep up the good work.

When I initially sent an enquiry I asked for a call and someone to come out. They simply won’t do that, and didn’t respond. Hello Rupi,
We appreciate you supplying a review based on your experience with us so far.
I would like to find out a little more about your original contact with us please as I have spoken to both of my colleagues that serve closer to the area of the country you are based, but it seems that neither are able to allocate your initial enquiry with regards to site visit request.
It would be good to know if you contacted us through our website only, via the enquiry form that you mentioned and filled in. Or if indeed you reached out first to one of our representatives directly through their directly e-mail [example; my.contact@jk-gb.com]
Submitted online enquiry forms through the website is are dealt with by a dedicated sales team. This will explain the immediate reply.
We would always aim to provide a quotation first, before undertaking a site visit. This is to ensure that we help to streamline the workload of our branch / regional contacts who undertake this work. It is always more beneficial for a customer to receive a quotation from us first as they are then able to determine if they are happy with the price and to then look at proceeding further before we start travelling. Site visits are not charged by us, so we need to ensure that the visitation we conduct is also going to be beneficial for our planning and delegation of upcoming projects.
We hope that by explaining this, it clarifies our quotation and site visit practices.
If you would be happy to contact me directly on a.brady@jk-gb.com so that I can look into your original point of contact with ourselves, then I would appreciate this. If we do have a shortcoming within our contact procedure, then it is always helpful to be made aware of this in more detail so that we can review in our company policies and procedures.
Warm regards
