JK recently completed my underfloor heating. From start to finish they were exceptionally helpful and professional. With my new build I experience a few delays but Ashley whom I dealt with mainly was very accommodating and helpful in trying to have my house ready for Xmas as we were on a tight schedule.
The finished job is very impressive, highly recommend to anyone thinking of getting retro fitted underfloor heating.

This was My 3rd time installing underfloor heating in a house and this was by far the most seamless. JK crew took less than two days to fit 70sqmt of heating into an existing concrete floor. The dust was minimal, the guys cleaned up after themselves and the workmanship was perfect. Can’t fault these guys at all, confident to recommend them to anyone.

First of all, I would like to thank Ashley for his advice and all his support. It was truly a pleasure dealing with him. Nail and Christian team is excellent. We are very impressed with the work they did in our house - underfloor heating upstairs & downstairs. They made impossible things (wet underfloor heating in the wooden finish house) possible.

Excellent service offered from JK underfloor heating. Very professional from start to finish.
I inquire over the phone with Ashlie going back before Covid information and he was able to give a quote right and there and he was really helpful, me on the other hand was a bit skeptic as there was no site survey! But rest a sure after taking with Ashley over a period of 2 years as my project got postponed as result of covid, contractors not willing to take over small jobs and even with the price inflation on the horizon he was true to his word and kept it to a minimum.
On the day of installation I had a lot of questions past on to me from plumber, electrician the crew was very patient, top professionals and very positive attitude. The job got done over 2 days and no dust what so ever, the machines where top class and there was no need to clean after this crew as they thought of everything. They explained everything in details before they left.
The best part are the result of this system and as promised we did not get disappointed on the contrary we got to test over the winter months and very very very satisfied with this system.
Me and my family are looking forward to the winter and the comfort and savings that we know this system will give us in the future.

Got half our house retrofitted with UFH by Ashley and the gang in JK Flooring 6 months ago. I've just rang them again to get the rest of our house fitted because it's a great job. The heat has been so much better than our existing Radiator system and works perfectly.

It did make a difference to both our comfort and enjoyment of our house. We now love our house.

I highly recommend JK Floorheating Ltd, their product is amazing and very effective, we got their UFH system installed in our ground floor. Ashley Delaney is amazing to work with and he is extremely detail orientated and delivers top quality service, he is on top of his game.

I was introduced to JK floor-heating through Heatdoc pluming to retro install an extensive underfloor heating system in an existing concrete ground floor house.
They promptly arrived as per booking were clean and professional in their work . I would highly recommend using them .

Niall, Chrissie and James arrived promptly early Monday morning and spent 3 days on site. We found the team extremely efficient, professional and friendly. In particular Niall was superb! His depth of knowledge was clear when fielding technical questions by my husband and son, both engineers with a keen interest in all aspects of the installation. Niall’s attention to detail, his high level of knowledge, excellent communication and customer care ensured confidence. Niall is certainly a great brand ambassador and asset to JK Floorheating with a lovely personality. He displayed excellent team leadership/management skills.
Chrissie also clearly enjoys her job and was happy to engage with our plumber with word quickly spreading locally about what JKFloorhesting do!! James who is relatively new to the team is a hard worker and clearly interested to learn - there was a great rapport between the team and us! We were explained in detail on how the system works and how to get the best performance out of it. Their system heats up the house and save money on your electricity bill. The installation is dustless. Very clean and quick job. Thank you all.

Jk flooring so far have not carried out work for me, however they have proven prompt and very informative with their quotation snd proposal.

Since the ufh systems were new to me, I made several appointments to ask questions on person and also over phone. Ashley was very patient and thoroughly explained the whole process. He was also very supportive answering any questions that our electrician/Plumbers had. The whole process only took 2 days and we were able to lay the floors soon after. The best part about this job is they have a dustless milling machine to cut out the grooves and it was not disruptive to other works carried. The whole retrofit systems with minimal disruption is a game changer and can be done on any new build homes or existing home that needs floors changed. As promised, this system does not add any extra heights to the floor which is a great plus! The installation guys did an amazing job and all our neighbours are already enquiring to get this done as well. Highly recommend their service and exceptional customer service by Ashley!
