I took my laptop into Adam after it had been run over by my dad for playing Dungeons and Dragons too much... not only did he completely rebuild it for me - but was able to upgrade my hard drive to a 6TB so that I would have plenty of space for my epic battles and online shenanigans... he did all this, if you can believe within a day, so I didn’t miss any game time... the price was reasonable too!

Highly recommend this place, I'm not very good with technology and been to a few other places around Braintree and they just spoke to me like I was an idiot, but at JLA the customer service was excellent and a lad there named Adam was extremely helpful with the repair and upkeep of my laptop. I would definitely go back there for any other technology woes

Excellent customer service, very quick response and diagnosis and repair. As an older 'silver service' I am not quite up to date with all the jargon, but but Adam from JLA made it all very easy, was very patient and helped me with minimum fuss. Highly, highly recommended.

I’m not the best when it comes to portable computers. My battery would only last several minutes which left my portable computer not very portable as it has to be plugged at the wall all the time! I popped in to JLA expecting to need lots of expensive work done but I was wrong. It was only a small problem and they fixed it near on straight away. I would highly recommend to friends.

I have great pleasure in taking this opportunity to recommend JLA. I have used their services for many years now and would not look elsewhere for consistently reliable assistance with computer problems. All the chaps are polite,knowledgeable,helpful and not in the least patronising! Adam helped resolve an issue which took several months,yet remained good natured,cheerful and sympathetic throughout.Their ability to remotely assist via AnyDesk is especially useful.
