I had a great experience working with JLCCNC. Their customer service was very helpful, especially when asking technical questions. They quickly connected me with the right person to review the DFM and resolve any design concerns. Their support made the process much easier and more efficient, with clear communication and fast responses throughout the project.

I was also very impressed by the quality of the sheet metal parts, especially the material consistency and the deburring finish. The bend-to-bend tolerances of ±0.002 in were outstanding and demonstrated an impressive level of precision. The cutting quality clearly reflects the use of advanced machinery and high-end equipment.

In addition, the 3D printing quality was excellent, with very clean finishes, great dimensional accuracy, and high-strength materials. The quality of their processes and materials is clearly noticeable, which provides a lot of confidence for functional and high-performance projects.

Without a doubt, their manufacturing capability is excellent, and I would definitely recommend them for precision sheet metal and 3D printing projects.

Perfect quality and perfect dimensional accuracy of SLS printed parts in Nylon. The service is always extremely good, people helpful, and prices are unbeatable. Quality is always great. One day I had a minor defect with an expensive complex CNC part, and they remanufactured the part in express.

After multiple emails of trying to explain my issues, they agreed on making the parts again in hard anodized black. Will update once the parts are in my hands.

I've had 4 parts made in my order, all different sizes of the same model.

Once I received the parts, I noticed a lot of defects on the anodized surface and even irregularities on the machining and buffer marks.

I also had to pay duties, which is ok but will come to that later.

After contacting them they initially suggested a 10$ coupon for another order.

I said it was not acceptable.

Then they suggested to remake the parts at their expense, but that means I will have to spend another 65$ in duties.

Since the finish is so bad I suggested today make it hard anodized black instead but they strongly do not want to do this.

It would have been good for me to pay the extra 65$ but get better finished parts.

Not a great experience and I will find another shop to source cnc parts.
