Hi Gyaljen, thank you for your feedback - I can confirm that the information requested was sent back to DHL and the shipment status has now been updated to:
Customs clearance status updated. Note - The Customs clearance process may start while the shipment is in transit to the destination.
The parcel should be released shortly and make its way to you.

EDIT - 25/11/25 - We have tracked the shipment again today and we can see that Customs are now awaiting your acceptance of their terms for the parcel to be released.

EDIT - 26/11/25 - We have tracked this parcel again and attempted to log into the DHL site to force a delivery, however the site will not allow us to progress, as it requires the recipients mobile number to confirm an auth code to proceed. This parcel still remains with the Customs team awaiting to hear from yourself.
Please let us know if you need any assistance in getting this released?

Hi Paul, Many thanks for your message and I am sorry for the delay you have experienced - having checked the status of the tracking (which I have resent to you in an email) the parcel is currently with customs:

Your shipment

The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible.
The package is in a secure facility pending clearance or resolution.

I have contacted DHL on your behalf and I can see that Customs are awaiting a response from you - I have resupplied your email and contact number to them and asked them to contact you immediately so you can get the parcel released and delivered.

We're very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration.

We want to reassure you that your order was shipped today, and you will receive your tracking information shortly. While we understand it may have felt like a longer wait, it has been 3 working days since your order was placed, which still falls within our standard processing and shipping timeframe.

That said, we acknowledge the delay and sincerely apologise. The hold-up was caused by regulatory issues with our courier, which temporarily affected our ability to dispatch certain items. Thankfully, this issue has now been resolved, and your order is on its way.

We also apologise for the lack of communication. Upon checking, we can see that your messages were sent over the weekend, and as our customer service team operates Monday to Friday, we were unfortunately unable to respond at that time.
