Good service

Long "free test" for not so free results. Minimum they want you to sign up for is one month for 30$. I just wanted some insight not a test that took my data, name, phone and email before asking me to pay money.

Shannon Ring made coaching all that I could want. Her warm friendly style and clear direction in defining goals, direction, action lists, and next steps made working with her so very useful.

Shannon and I worked together to clarify my direction, my goals and how to achieve those goals. She works each session in a way of definition of direction and developing specific ‘next steps’ that leads to accountability in the next meeting. Life happens, so being accountable to a coach who is singularly focused on your success is wonderfully supportive as well as effective.

My coach is Zanetta, and she is amazing.

Zanetta has been a wonderful resource for me throughout my career exploration and journey over the past year. I was feeling a bit stifled and unsure of the future of biomedical research and the institutional support of researchers in my role in academic medicine. Was it time to make a switch? Did I have an attractive enough CV to even dare try? Zanetta helped me recognize my gifts and consider leaving my comfort zone.

I was unsure of whether to try to grow in the organization I belonged to at the time, or spread my wings, and Zanetta was there for my agonized feelings of both loyalty and frustrated desire to grow. She was there, too, when federal funds to research were slashed, and when layoffs hit. My team (and me with it) was a casualty, but because we had already been building a strategic approach to my career, Zanetta and I were ready to go.

After several weeks of false starts and ghosting, during which Zanetta was cheerleader, coach, and therapist in one, I was at last fielding several attractive offers. This, while the LinkedIn updates of so many peers in public and global health, educational research, and biomedicine were (and sadly still are) a litany of horrors. In the midst of one of the worst job markets I can remember, I landed my dream role, with an exciting remit and a generous total compensation package, at a Fortune 10 company. It's a role I'm a perfect fit for, in a place that values innovation and where active learning has executive sponsorship. I have to pinch myself sometimes, it feels so unreal.

How did I get here? Plenty of experience and hard work. That said, lots of people work very hard; I’m not alone in that. But not everyone has a strategic guide in their corner offering feedback, tips, data, and support to make that hard work shine. Zanetta was a catalyst for me, and she can be that for you, too.

I was intrigued to read the detailed analysis based off the questionnaire, was a little disappointed that I would have to pay to unlock additional career matches. Hesitant to pay based off some of the ratings but still curious to find out.

Was upset at first.. after taking the test, I thought I had to pay but I was wrong! I got a whole list of jobs for FREE that I never even thought of that I think I would love! Definitely recommend!

Coach has been supportive and provides resources and guidance at every stage.

It’s good except you don’t get results right away. You have to wait and they email them at a later time. So after you get done with the super long test, you go to a page where you can’t do anything. Which was super annoying! But then I got my results via email later on. Then they ask you for a review on here to get the full report so here I am!

Really comprehensive career test. The only qualm is that after taking the test you don’t get your results right away as it sends you to a sales page…so it seems like you just took this really long test for no reason, at first I was not happy at all. However your test results (limited results) eventually get sent to you via email. (So make sure your email is typed in correctly!)

my coach Christine Allen has done an excellent job at guiding me through how to get a job in the professional world and guided me through every step necessary to achieve my goal and has been very patient.

The test cost money and there was no warning of it before (only a paywall after the 40 minute long test and collecting personal information), so it was a waste of time, with a fake loading screen to make you watch a video of a woman trying to sell you coaching, do not do this if you want free help.
