Customer Service was fantastic, I had used a different company prior who said they could help me with my HTB repayment RICS report, however this wasnt actually the case so rang Joe Fraser and spoke with Tess, explained my situation and she was able to reassure me they could help and she got me an appointment within a few days. The surveyor came out was really friendly and answered any questions we had. Then the report arrived a few days later, HTB had an issue again however Tess was able to resolve the issue within minutes (was an issue with the names on the report), which then HTB accepted. It was a very stressful situation for me at the time, however Tes was able to help me and get the whole thing accepted all within a few days. So thank you for the brilliant customer service you showed us.
