Excellent customer service received, downfall wasn't updated when a product was out of stock,but all resolved quickly and efficiently when I contacted them. My son loves the shinpads, wash really well and these are his favourite type of shin pads. Thank you Joga

Terrible service
Terrible service. I was given a tracking number that simply does not exist, leaving me with no way to track my order. To make matters worse, it is virtually impossible to get hold of anyone for support. Emails go unanswered and there appears to be no reliable way to speak to a real person.
The lack of communication and transparency makes the whole experience feel very suspicious. At this point, it feels more like a scam than a legitimate service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The kids are excited for the shin pads to arrive. Sadly, I’d made an error with my order, but the Customer Services Team were quick to respond and help.

Great quality and a very happy birthday boy!
I ordered the Locked-In Pack from Joga Starz for my son’s birthday and have been really impressed. The quality of everything is excellent and, most importantly, my son absolutely loves it.
The whole pack feels really well put together and is perfect for a football-mad kid. I’d definitely recommend Joga Starz and will no doubt be ordering again!

Such a great company to deal with. Very quick responses to enquiries and nothing is an issue.
There was an alternative item sent in my order but within a few hours this was rectified - great experience and exactly what customer service is all about!
Easy ordering process and great communication during the delivery process.
The products… now, I can’t rate the shin pad, sleeves and grip socks highly enough. For the parent of a petite 5 year old footballer, these products are just what every young footballer needs. Perfect fit and they do exactly as advertised - stay in place! My boy loves them that we are investing in more products. Great quality - you’ll not be disappointed.

Fantastic company
My son has been desperately asking for products from Joga and due to the fantastic prices we purchased some new shin guards which delightfully came with some free accessories.
The customer service is fantastic and cannot fault them at all. Will definitely order again.

Terrible quality.
Bought some items for my son’s birthday. After washing one time on a cool setting the stitching came away and frayed. 1/4 of the sock is now gone.
Have contacted Joga and have not heard back from them.

Excellent my son is 10 never wears sports socks only one brand of socks always got the shin pads build in ones for him and free socks came I was giving to my daughter but he tried and was so happy he wore them to soccer training already. So we have re ordered socks in other colours to stock up.

First order Havent arrived for months…
First order Havent arrived for months and customer service is always not consistant. Just made a second order when in contact with customer service and got the second order very quick which prooves all information i put in is working. Almost automated reply kept replying me the information is missing no matter how i replied. No proper follow up. Almost giving up with the first order. Love the items but customer service was very frustrating
